It's a great track, the staff is very professional and the cars are like new. It is a bit on the pricey side, I wish it could be a little cheaper or that you'd get some additional track time for what you pay.

I came that the track with my family for the first time in November and had a wonderful experience. This time was NOT a good experience! Upon arrival, I went to the old office location (because nothing told me otherwise) and was greeted by a GM registration lady that was very rude and directed me to the correct offices. Upon arrival in the correct office, we were told that we were too early, as we had arrived like 45 minutes early, but didn't realize the track had been reserved by GM. So were were told to come back at our reservation time. When I made my reservations for this experience, no one told me that GM was going to be on the track, and that the track would be divided into 2 smaller circuits. I was really looking forward to taking the Z06 out on the full track, 3.2 miles, 23 turns, not a shortened version of the track. Also, upon returning back AT our reservation time, we were made to wait an additional 45 minutes, until another families experience (also a 12 noon reservation) could be done. It really felt like myself and my family were a bother to NCM staff. It really was nothing like the experience in November, and now has me considering whether or not to ever come back to NCM.
