Highlights
  • National Corvette Museum - The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America’s sports car.

Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum.

As you walk though the museum you’ll see exhibits featuring over 70 Corvettes in periodic settings including a mid-century barbershop, service station and dealership.

You’ll see Corvette prototypes, one-of-kind cars, and racing champs.

Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone , trivia kiosks, and the “Corvette Cave In” exhibit.

This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12, 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome, swallowing the classic Corvettes.

The Museum’s Skydome offers a glimpse of the size and depth of the sinkhole as well as the retrieved Corvettes.

Guests are also invited to try a Corvette on for size in the lobby.

The Corvette Store offers apparel, collectibles, home and gift items.

Fantastic exhibits, friendly staff, a must see - We attended the NCM's 30th anniversary celebration which was done extremely well considering many thousands were attending. There were air-conditioned shuttles from parking areas, clean bathrooms and air-conditioning inside the museum. There could've been more places to sit or stand and eat. Outside large tent for sitting and eating was helpful, but could've used large fans to circulate the air. Unfortunately, it was over 100 degrees through the first four days of the event making it difficult to shop anywhere outside which wasn't the museum's fault. We were so glad to be part of this historic celebration.

Awesome experience - Went here for the 30th anniversary National Corvette Museum Caravan and celebration, and had an amazing time visiting for the week. I would love to come back here with less of the chaos of activities to take more of my time through the museum. Wonderfully displayed museum with great information with signage and interactive videos. The only thing I have to say is better communication for the Gallery next to the gift shop about no photography, I understand getting brought to the attention about no photography for the pictures on the wall, but nothing for signage was next to the cars sitting in the gallery and was told no pictures in the room by a volunteer. Wasn’t clear if i could take pictures of the cars themselves. But saw other people taking pictures of the cars in the room with their phones and not being yelled at for that like I was.

Very nice museum - Loved seeing all the cars and learning about their history. The museum includes many personal stories with the vehicles / designs which makes it even more interesting. I enjoyed learning more about the sinkhole incident and the recovery and restoration of the vehicles.

America's Greatest Sports Car - Fascinating history of America's greatest sports car and some beautiful cars on display. I was especially intrigued by the sinkhole exhibit. Several years ago, the main showroom collapsed, pulling some of the cars into the sinkhole beneath. Some of the cars were saved, but some were unsalvageable. Interesting to see all of the different types of corvettes that have been made through the years. We were not able to do the factory tour, as it was not open to the public at the time we visited. They also had a virtual simulator, which we did not do. It was a fun museum - would definitely visit again.
