And it was all chestnut - The sympathy, the space and the quality of the products. We made a lunch of various products, solid and liquid, everything was excellent and always accompanied by an explanation and a smile. Repeat

A very enriching experience - A highly recommended experience. They told us about the chestnut production process and, later, they gave us two liqueurs and several sweets made from this product to taste. A must if you are in Bragança.

Essential - Essential if you go to Bragança. We tried the chestnut and chocolate cakes with chestnuts. One of the best I've had in terms of sweets lately. The owner is very friendly and they have a store to buy chestnut-based products.

Interesting and charming - Excellent visit. There is a small museum under the shop where you can find out the essentials of chestnuts uses. The visit is guided and the staff is very helpful. You can watch also a video about the chestnuts, from field recollection to your mouth. It's also possible to taste some sweets and liquors included with the admission ticket. All of them made of chestnuts. Definitely the visit worth it.

A beautiful, tasty and educational place - A great place to try a few delicacies made from chestnuts, including Pastel de Castanha - which tastes even better than pastel de nata. A vast array of products made of chestnuts as well as a small but interesting "museum" in the cellar floor. All the furniture is made of chestnut wood, which gives the place a special aora. Not to be missed.
