Fun and exciting time! - It was so scary! I loved it. My adult kids enjoyed it as well. It was an hour wait to do it but had a great time! It goes super fast. I found that if you go fast you didn’t feel like you were going to fall out of the car.

Fun - I have been on a few mountain coasters but this is the best! It is very intense. Had a lot of fun and was able to buy pictures at the end.

Fun for the family - The ride was fun with family and grandchildren. They liked the twists and turns and downhill speed. They wanted to go again.

Runaway Mountain Coaster blows away the other Mountain Coasters - So my daughter and I last trip loved the Branson Coaster and The Shepherd of the Hills Cooperhead Coaster. We wanted the Runaway Mountain Coaster last time to see if it compared to the others. I will say that Runaway Mountain Mountain Coaster is 💯 a must do. The free locker for your stuff and don't forget Branson 2 for 1 has discount tickets, and so does Thousand Hills Vacations. We did do the residence option, and it was a very amazing time.

Great experience - Amazing experience , just be sure the person in front of you has a lot of time if they are a kid as they will break a lot and slow you down. My advice is just to wait a minute or so

Feel the wind in your face and HANG ON! - This was a BLAST! My 4 year old loved it, I think my 12 year old was nervous but enjoyed it but would never admit it. This was one of those things it's perfect for any age...I saw kiddos and I saw folks in their 60s...everyone having a great time, everyone making memories and living in the moment. The only real complaint I have is that it didn't last long enough!

Evening experience - Went night of 8/9 with my family. Had 8 riders and waited about an hour since it was busy (totally expected). The ride had issues and someone went really slow or had issues (what the staff said at the bottom), our family only got vouchers for that evening and it was around 945pm and they close at 1030pm. Should have received vouchers for the vip line and leap frog the line since we couldn’t experience the ride at night, that would’ve made us all completely satisfied Manager on site gave us tickets but said he could only give vouchers and we would have to stand back in line; referenced that was all he could do per the owner. Last time I looked owners don’t work Saturday nights and should empower their staff to handle issues and resolve them. The 2 star experience with the ride issue could’ve been a 5 star really quick if we could have ran one more time and jump the line since we had 2 small children under 5 Bad customer service

Super bummed. - It was my first time doing this type of mountain coaster. So everyone was really nice (until) and the coaster was a ton of fun. We get down to the gift shop look at my husband and our 5 year old son’s picture and it was awesome. We are informed that I am not allowed to purchase or even see mine and my other son (4 year old)s son photo, because one of my arms wasn’t on the handle bars. I’m not sure if maybe this was a rule somewhere that I didn’t hear or see. During the end of the ride I had my arm around my 4 year olds waist trying to make him feel safe. I was shattered because I always buy the photo and I didn’t even get to see my son’s face during the ride. Like she wouldn’t even show me the photo on the screen, I said can we just cut the bottom half of the picture off so it doesn’t show my arm. I wasn’t trying to break any rules, was just trying to take my kids to something fun. So here we are at WonderWorks and I’m still just sad and frustrated that because I broke a rule (I guess- my husband told me later he saw it written when he signed our waivers). Trying to keep 4 and 5 year old occupied for an hour ( with nothing because you have to leave all your belongings in the car) is quite the feat, I tried to listen to the rules the best I could and I’m definitely a rule follower, I was not trying to intentionally break any rules. Her reaction just seemed pretty drastic and kind of ruined the whole experience for a mom with a bad memory who wants to remember these moments while they are young. Mainly I’m just on here to vent and also to help any moms out so they don’t miss out on seeing their pictures. Also bring a hair tie, I’m sure that’s a rule somewhere too that I missed. :( it just asked me to add a photo to this review…..would if I could ;(

awful experience - horrendous experience, cart in front of me broke down on a blind corner and resulted in a minor case of whiplash for me. not including the hour and a half wait time. will never come back.
