Family Fun Vacation - This was a good place to go when we first arrived in Branson to let the kids burn off some energy! You need to wear tennis shoes for all the climbing activities. There is a cafe for snacks and drinks and a place to sit.

Get out the wiggles while mom relaxes - I'd like to share some details about our experience at Fritz’s Adventure. We decided to visit on a hot fall day and purchased our tickets easily online. However, we encountered some difficulty when trying to order reserved seating. After contacting a team member, we were informed that we could make that choice upon arrival. Upon arrival, we, two parents and one child over 48” tall, opted for reserved seating for the pit seats. As the lone non-participant, I had to purchase a wrist band. Our daughter had a great time running around and climbing, while my husband and her tried out a few of the ropes courses. Although food was available, service was slow and prices were on the higher side. Additionally, the bathrooms were located upstairs, which was inconvenient for someone with knee issues who wanted to observe their child having fun. One concern was the safety at the exit. Kids were wandering around, and there were no checkpoints to ensure that no one left with someone they shouldn't, similar to the setup at Chuck E. Cheese. Overall this is a great place for kids to get their wiggles out - easily kill 2-5 hours there. Feed them before you go, bring in your filled water bottles. Your kids will need good shoes as will you. Oh and if you wanna chill like me they have massage chairs 😃

Don’t waste your time, nice place awful workers. - The facilities themselves were great, 8/10. Very clean and my child enjoyed them. The staff was absolutely awful. Not helpful in any aspect and down right RUDE! We bought our tickets online and when we arrived nothing was explained to us. Where we could and couldn’t go and when asked the worker just walked away. We weren’t even told what direction to go in. My child stood at the zip line portion of the ropes course looking around for help while a worker was too busy dancing and talking to the worker below him. This is not the place children should just run rampant as they could be seriously hurt. Then on the warped wall my child asked the worker a question to which she snapped back so rudely to him. Very sad because this is a nice place being ruined by your employees. We definitely will not be back. Management should look into the workers who were there Sunday 7/29 from 6-8 and have a serious customer service training with them.
