Bucket List Ride of a Lifetime - The zipline experience was excellent. Wished they offered pics when one came down on the zipline. Money making opportunity missed at this venue to offer pictures.

AWESOME! TWO THUMBS UP! - We had reservations for seven people one morning. We weren’t able to do it because it was shut down due to high winds. We were offered a full refund or to reschedule. We were leaving the next day so I called that following morning and they were able to get us in! It was AMAZING!!! Would do it again in a heartbeat! Will definitely be recommending to others. The entire staff was super nice and so helpful. Great experience all around!!

Good scenic ride - This was our third attempt in the past few years to ride--previous problems concerned--booking/time and the weather. However, this time, we did it, and it was a good and fun experience. Our only problem was that our reserved time was at two o'clock. We were there five minutes before and our waivers had been filled out on-line. But, things were a bit slow and we didn't finally leave the property until 2:40. The zipline ride itself is less than a minute. So, keep that in mind when considering the various activities around town. It is a good experience and one that is a good at on when being at Shepherd of the Hills, but it may not be for everyone, especially for those who are on a time schedule.

GREAT RIDE - The Ride is AMAZING, BUT THE FRONT DESK WORKER WAS VERY DRY AND RUDE! For this to be The Inspirational Tower, the worker was NOT nice AT ALL. She was rude not just to us but very short and dry to another customer.

Great ride, but expect a wait. - Vigilante Zipline - Booked the earliest time slot, arrived early like the email stated, then waited for an hour. The actual ride is great, but the wait is not. The tower had no AC so it was a hot wait, even at 10 AM. Many businesses around town had $10 coupons, so I would not book the ride before arriving in Branson. No need to show up 30 minutes early like they advise if you fill out the waivers online prior to showing up.

Be careful of weight limits - Be very careful of weight restriction. We recently went to the Vigilante coaster with my son and two grandsons. One of my grandsons is a large person (6'3" 270 lbs) Large by normal standards but not by football standards. He was asked his weight at the ticket counter downstairs and replied 270 lbs, No verification or checking, just ok and sold him a ticket. After waiting upstairs to ride, the attendant questioned his weight and put him on a scale, to his surprise and mine it read 285, 10 lbs over the limit. He was told he could not ride and escorted back downstairs. No refund or explanation was given (cost $40). I agree with the safety procedure but any question of weight should have been settled downstairs before purchasing a non refundable ticket. A simple scale discreetly placed downstairs could have avoided the entire problem. The staff offered no help or explanations.

Lack of information - We selected this zipline during our family vacation based on recommendations and other reviews. Our family of 10 booked our reservation and bought tickets at our resort the day prior to us doing the zipline. We read the rules and recommendations on their website before purchasing our tickets, only to find out once we arrived that our son, who is 6'9", would not be able to ride the zipline because he was too tall. This was nowhere on the website. They only had the minimum height requirements and the weight requirements. This was very disappointing for everyone, especially our son who has never had the opportunity to zipline. Had we had prior notice of this on their website, we would have selected a different venue that would have allowed him to ride. This experience was nothing special anyway. The workers who helped us when we arrived were very unapologetic or helpful. Actually they were quite rude. Make sure that you are aware of ALL of the restrictions before planning your trip as they are definitely not clear on their website.
