Our guides (Ash and Jacob) were really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the caves. They let us explore anything we were curious about along the route which we really enjoyed.

great experience with well trained guides

Tour was to start at 2pm and waited in front lobby till 2:30 then went up to a place to drop off change of clothes in a locker room. They were not prepared for kids helmets and kids fanny packs. Had to refill out signed consent forms in person despite already done online and having email confirmation. Saw a minute of talking caves by walking down like 25 stairs, then went to powell cave. Then both staff radios went out and no cell phone signal. Staff debated what to do. Drove back up to main building to get new radios then went to crickett cave. This wasted time and no radio backup is poor saftey. Went to adventure cave. Got to a point where a surveyor flag was and told out of time and could not go to the “bathtub” or “bubble gum alley” despite my active family able to do all task easily and in a timely fashion. Then received pictures and videos that were taken. My opinion were not good in quality of documentation of experience, sound quality or picture/video quality. As a family of 4 it cost me $854.00. An adventure cave tour is something i really wanted my family to experience. The price in my opinion was very pricey and feel that we should have explored more for this hefty price. $600 for a family of 4 would have been more justified. So paid for a 4 hour cave tour for a family of 4 and i doubt we even did 3hrs on the tour. Then to have poor digital documentation was another let down.
