Great day trip from Braşov - We really enjoyed our day trip to see the bear rehab center followed by Bran Castle. Vlad also found time to take us to an artisanal Palinca distillery and we also had a lovely walk around the Raznov citadel. Vlad’s knowledge of Romanian history really put things into context

Amazing tour! Brilliant guide! - Vlad was great - knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, organised. Highlight our of trip to Brasov. The bear sanctuary is interesting but somber when you learn about the bears’ history. The castle and citadel are interesting for the history and folklore.

Excellent day out! - The tour with Vlad was excellent! I would encourage anyone coming to Brasov to book this tour with him, Especially if you are a solo traveller. He changed the order of places we visited to ensure I got the best experience and to avoid the crowds. Because Vlad is an experienced tour guide we received excellent service from each venue. He gave a great overview of the history of Brasov and provided extra tip and facts throughout the day. Highly recommended.

A great day with insights and surprises - I signed up for this trip quite late the day before the trip. I had a few questions before ordering, and contacted on WhatsApp. Good communication, and I could sign up there directly. The inner part of the citadel is closed now, so we could only see the outer part. But Vlad had many things to tell from the history of the place, and the significance of the location. Next was Bran Castle, which is a royal castle, and not a vampire place. Well, they do have a few rooms the Vlad the Impaler, but the're not that important. What is important is the castle's importance for the rumanian royal family, and the role of the place at the border between Valakia and Transilvania. And again, Vlad (the tourguide) gives a overview of the history. The palinka destillery was ok, and I bought a cool bootle of peer palinka to bring home. The beer sanctuary was closed, but Vlad made a deal for us to see the feeding of wild brown bears in the forest. We could watch for an hour inside a cabin with big windows, a group og 8 wild bears only 20 meters away. This are has a huge population of wild bears, and feeding them in the forest is one of the ways to keep them away from the villages and farm animals nearby. Vlad is a great guide, telling things in a balanced way, about the things we see, and about area in general. A very good company for the day. Thank you!!

Probably the best local guide in Brasov - Vlad is an amazing Guide, knows absolutely everything about the place inside-out and his knowledge will guarantee that you get to know everything about Transylvania! The history, the geography and current affairs as well! The car he brought for the trip was very clean with two bottles of water in the backseat (we were a couple travelling with Vlad) and some snacks as well! I highly recommend travelling with him if you're in Brasov......

Highly recommended - We had a great time on our Airbnb experience with Vlad! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Bear Sanctuary, Bran Castle, Palinca distillery, and Rasnov citadel, and he really made the day memorable for us. Seeing Bran Castle up close was definitely a highlight, and we also enjoyed the other great locations and views that Vlad showed us. Overall, it was a well-organized and planned day, and we definitely got good value for the cost. Highly recommend!

Amazing guide, coolest attractions - Book this experience! Our guide was very kind and extremely knowledgeable! This is the best way to see Brașov's most interesting attractions and learn about this beautiful part of Romania. He even gave us a restaurant recomandation for after the tour (that we loved).
