It is also the final inhabited medieval citadel in Transylvania, and indeed the whole of Europe. Post Sighisoara, we travel to Sibiu. Here, we undertake a walking tour to learn about the history and legends surrounding Sibiu’s fortifications, historical churches, and charming squares. This tour also offers a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of Sibiu, Transylvania, and Romania’s history, geography, economy, and culture.
