• Harghita County - The Siberian Husky is a medium-sized, thick-coated working dog breed that originated in northeastern Siberia. It is easily identifiable by its odorless, dense fur and triangular ears, typically grey or silver in color. The breed has a robust build. True to its original purpose, these dogs excel when harnessed with light loads at moderate speeds, capable of covering long distances. Their eyes convey a friendly demeanor, making them excellent companions, highly valued by breeders.

During these tours, participants not only have the opportunity to experience the snowy mountains but also observe the huskies, their behavior, and daily routines. It feels like a true wonder to witness the breathtaking scenery from beneath warm covers as the sleigh glides through the pristine landscape.

This tour has 3 options: BEGINNER (EASY): about 2 km (15 min) length sections on sleigh (either sitting or standing next to the mushers) with 8-10 dogs pulling Can be booked with a minimum of 10 people MEDIUM: 8 - 10 km (~1.5h) section on light terrain, with 8-10 dogs pulling It can be booked for min 2 people, max 6 EXTREME: 20 - 25km ( it’s a full day’s schedule, meal included) -with 8 - 10dogs pulling, with 2 escorts, both front and behind Can be organized for min 2 people. Not for overweight people.
