We commence our journey from Brasov at 8am. Subsequently, at around 11am, we will explore the cheese-making facility and the visitor center, where we’ll take a tour and learn about the homestead. We will also enjoy tasting a variety of cheeses (at least two kinds), yogurt, sausages, and wine. We will then proceed to Praid Salt Mine. Our underground exploration is situated on ‘Level 50’ which is 120 meters beneath the surface. The transportation of the visitors to the entry gate of the touring base is done by buses traversing through a 1250 m long tunnel. Lunch time is marked as free-time - the guide will introduce you to a notable dining location (please note, lunch is not covered under the tour price). Following that, we will embark on a guided tour and presentation at the Tinder (amadou) craftsmen’s workshop lasting approximately 30 minutes. Our anticipated arrival time back in Brasov is 18:00.
