Amazing views from Panoramatic Tour - The views were amazing, we took many photos. Our business partners have been excited. It is a pity that at the time of our tour Slavin area was dark - little fog.

Best intro to Bratislava!!! - The tour covered a good variety of areas of the city. Everything ran on time with a running commentary via headphones in many languages. I'd give this tour a 100% mark. The 2 places they stopped at were well worth it for the amazing views.

Great sightseeing tour of Bratislava - Great experience, good story about the history of this city. Sightseeing the most important elements of the city. Stops were appropriate and long enough. We saw lots.

Head phone tour guided in many languages - Good standard open bus style tour. We did this on a very hot day and survived as bus keeps moving. We had a kind driver but we heard about others not so nice. Staff at meeting point is friendly and helpful. We hit all the points mentioned other than blue church (which we saw on earlier walk anyway). Worth the price. Stop at the castle is a bit short. Must pay for rest room at castle, so have a few coins. There are some nice views although hazy on our hot day.

Correct - We were only passing by for a few hours and still wanted to visit the city... We opted for this option that did the job.

Rude organizer/ operator ! - The panoramic tour of Bratislava aboard the Presporacik sightseeing vehicle was a fantastic way to explore the city's unique charm, offering a stark contrast to Vienna's more refined atmosphere. The tour provided great views of the city, showcasing its distinct vibe and picturesque sights. However, the experience was marred by the behavior of the tour operator. The lady in charge was rude and unprofessional, profiling Asian tourists and making them sit at the back while speaking in a high, unnecessarily harsh tone. This experience was disappointing, despite the city's beauty.

Trolley was nice - Not the best use of time. Walking around old town would be a better use of time. Having said that, this does give you and opportunity to sit and the trolley was nice it just didn’t have a lot of great sites.

They are thieves 😡😡 - Good reviews caught my attention as well. This company is just a third party who works with the local drivers and they can't do anything over the drivers. On this rainy and windy day the driver just left us In front of the castle. I called the tour operator and this girl pretending to not speak English and just laughing about the fact that the driver left us. I could literally hear over the phone that her boss/colleague telling something to her. After that she was telling me that the driver waited for us for 35 minutes. We agreed upon 20 minutes and we arrived exactly after 20 minutes because there was not too much to do because of the rain. The driver just left because there were only 2 of us. It was almost like a private tour and it was not economically viable for him. When I told the operator it was exactly 20 minutes then she changed and said the driver waited for 25 minutes. This is insane and a real scam. I told her to give the phone to his colleague who I have spoken to earlier and she keeps lying that she's not at home while I could clearly hear her discussing with him over the phone. I asked for the driver's number and she refused to give it to me! What kind of service fraud is that? She was just laughing and telling me we can't do anything. So what's the point of tour operators? Why would tourists go to them? I didn't ask them for a refund. I just told her how you would feel? The driver just left us in this weather without having a second thought and informing. I was begging her if he could come back so I could pay extra or at least drop us where we have started! All she was lying to me and laughing. I don't understand how someone could laugh at these situations! The colleague (I think it was the boss) didn't wanna talk to me, he didn't wanna face me because of the financial loss in this season but they should stop the service then instead of scamming people!
