The first part of the tour is a walking tour in a historical city center of Bratislava. You will discover all the highlights of the downtown, such as Slovak National Theatre, building of Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra - Reduta, Man at Work statue, Central Square with Roland Fountain, statue of Napoleon Soldier & Old Town Hall, the oldest sacral building of Bratislava - Franciscan Church, continue to a hidden gem of Bratislava - Primate’s Palace and afterwards to St. Michael’s Gate. Walk down to St. Catharine chaple, Palace of Hungarian Royal Chambre, Mozart House, Academia Istropolitana. Walking tour finishes at St. Martin’s Cathedral.

The area of Devin Castle is frontier of Slovakia, Czech republic & Austria and is also cross of two rivers Danube & Morava. At time of communism Devin Castle was also a border line of an Iron Curtain. Drive back to Bratislava, end of the tour at your hotel or in city center.

Very interesting overview of Bratislava - This was a really great private tour. Miki was very knowledgeable about Bratislava and we thoroughly enjoyed our five hours with him.

Great Tour Of Bratislava - I would like to highly recommend this tour. Daria the tour guide did a great job. She met my wife and I at our river cruise ship and took us to all of the key sites throughout the Bratislava area, through a combination of walking and driving, and provided a lot of great details on the sites and historical significance. This was especially notable as there was a last minute change in our cruise time in port, however Daria was able to accomodate the last minute change and compress the tour so that we were able to see everything. This tour was a great way to see all key sites in a 1/2 day.

A Historical Adventure - My adventure with Daria was absolutely delightful! Not only did I see more than I bargained for, but Daria's wealth of historical knowledge made the tour truly exceptional. As a history buff, I make it a point to take tours in every city I visit, and this one ranks among the top! The added bonus of being picked up from my hotel, despite it not being on the list, just added to the fantastic experience. I'm already planning to do this again with friends – highly recommended!

In depth history of bratislava - Excellent tour.daria was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to prioritise the things we really wanted to see and learn about.i would highly recommend this tour,it really was the highlight of our stay In bratislava,the weather let us down a bit,but my son and I didn't let that ruin the experience ,we were too engrossed to notice it 5* around.

Best tour of Bratislava - go private and immerse yourself in the history of the city! - Best tour in Bratislava! After confirming details the night before, Daria and her driver met us in the lobby of our hotel right on time. We left in the car and received excellent information about all of the sites we visited, both historical and contemporary. Daria was brilliant! She took us to the red army memorial (very moving) walked us through old town and took us to Devin castle. She answered all of our questions and gave us tons of insight regarding Bratislava's history. A private tour with Daria is the best way to see the city.

Best Day Tour - Our Guide Suzanna was remarkable. She made this a great day. She was full of information and was very accommodating We did not want the tour to end despite the fact that it was a long day. This is a Tour that anyone visiting Bratislava should consider taking.

Fantastic private tour!! - This was a very detailed, extensive private tour. We got picked up from our hotel and had five great hours with a local guide. We learned so much about the history of the city as well as neighboring countries and the region in general. Make sure you eat your breakfast because you'll do a lot of walking!! Lol But it was all very worth it and we really felt like we got to see all of Bratislava and Devin Castle.

7 hours jammed into 5 - This is a 5 hour tour that should really be a 7 hour tour. While you see a lot of old town Bratislava and learn about and get to visit Devín Castle, a little more time would have made it a better tour. When it comes to Bratislava Castle you drive by it, that’s it. The description seems like you might do a little more than that. We had to an Uber back to the castle later in the day to actually go to Bratislava Castle. Felt at times we were rushed during the tour
