Beautiful day in Bratislava - Thank you so much for a wonderful day in Bratislava! Vacation Package called From Viena to Bratislava day tour, can't find it on the list. A very detailed step-by-step explanation of how to get to a Flixbus stop, even YouTube videos can be viewed! Professional Guide Daria was waiting outside the hotel. It said the Vacation Package was only an hour, but Daria was with us a lot longer, and since I had lunch on, she kindly walked me to the restaurant to make sure I was understood and sat down. Impressed by Daria's tour, very interesting and illustrative! About lunch: the soup didn't really impress me, but the fish was really wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful day and a reasonable price for Vacation Package!

Wonderful experience of day trip - Highly recommended. An hour by train ride from Vienna. The train runs every hour. The old town has a different architecture and different exposure as per Slovak tradition. The buildings are well kept and it will be a charming and pleasant day experience from Vienna.

Good choice . Great restaurant - The tour was entertaining with Flora, a good guide, but very short. He accompanied us to the restaurant scheduled for lunch.
The excellent restaurant. Quality food, everything was delicious.

Very nice tour in a nice city - I was picked up on time at my hotel in Vienna in a very nice BMW. The driver was nice and helpful, but did not speak English. There was a very nice drive to Bratislava where we met my guide, Ingrid. It was great having a 1 on 1 tour of the city. Ingrid was fluent in English, very professional and knowledgeable of the city and its history. I highly recommend the tour.

Good experience but wished it was longer - The tour felt a little rushed at most places but Milan showed us various places, some inside as well, giving us architecture details. He showed us a few places to see later, including the 18th century cake place, that we ad a group decided to try later and it was 100% worth it.
Milan took us to the restaurant we were supposed to eat, which we didn't have to pay. The food was included with the tour and we all just had to pay for the drinks.
I wish the tour was longer, however I loved all the places Milan took us and learned a lot about the history of Slovakia and Bratislava. With the way the trip is schedule, with the tickets (which i was given a seat that doesn't exist in the bus), you could have definitely made it into a 2 hours or even 3 hours tour.

Avoid this experience - Both my wife and I really wish this tour would have gone much better. We loved Bratislava. However, there were a couple major issues that we had.
First, the bus did not respect our assigned seats. The driver pointed us to two separate seats that were free instead of enforcing the reserved seats we had.
Second, and much more important, was the “included lunch” part of the trip. We had the hour long walking tour with the guide. At the end she did not mention where to go for this lunch. There were two 10% off coupons that were included, so we figured that would be where this lunch was. The problem with that is that those coupons were from before the COVID pandemic, and the restaurants refused to honor them. We brought this up to the hosts and asked for a partial refund due to not getting an included lunch. The hosts refused. They stated they talked to the tour guide, who claims she offered us the lunch and we refused it. That was completely untrue. We attempted to explain this to the hosts, but they refused to honor our word, reiterating that the tour guide said we refused. I would recommend booking your own train tickets and a guide separately.
