Great Stories! - Great informative storytelling paired with local history easy walk. Loved the dousing rod experiment. Would totally do again!

Great time! - My daughter and I had a great time on the tour last night! The group was eight people and we all seemed to enjoy the experience. Gail is engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. If you like learning history with a little spookiness, you will love this tour!

A Beautiful evening in Breckinridge - Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Breckinridge! She was wonderful storyteller who engaged her audience throughout the tour!

Spooky good time! - Our guide Gail was so knowledgeable and patient. We experienced heavy rain in the middle of our tour and she kept us all in line and as dry as she could. Such a fun and interesting tour. Highly recommend.

Tour for a family reunion activity - 70 people for a family reunion and I was in charge of activities. When I came across the ghost tour I was immediately interested. Gail was very easy to work with as we were planning this more than 6 months in advance. We made a small deposit and Gail didn’t even ask for the balance until a week before the event. There were about 25 that signed up. Gail has a microphone and speaker so it was easy to hear her. It was an easy walking tour through the town. Everyone was entertained with her stories both of the ghostly tales and the history of Breckenridge. She took time to answer questions and loaned everyone dowsing rods during the tour. She explained how the dowsing rods work and gave a demonstration how she uses them to sense the presence of another being. The tour was about 90 minutes+. She ended at The Brown Hotel. A fitting place to end the tour as it has many stories. I highly recommend this tour and thought it was very fairly priced.

Fun time - Our tour guide was Gail and she was easy to hear and understand. The confirmation email was helpful that it gave both starting and ending points so we knew where to park. She started and ended on time. Interesting stories about the history of the town and specific stories of troubled souls who have passed. Her divining rods added an interesting element!!

Enjoyable tour of ghostly tales - We enjoyed the Ghostly Tales tour with Gail! Plenty of practice using the divining rods and hearing about experiences in Breckenridge. We saw numerous photos of ghostly experiences of personnel who visited the area on prior ghostly tales. The tour was enjoyable for the family.

Not what I expected. - The guide knew so much of the history of Breckenridge, and was also a very good storyteller. That is what I enjoyed most. The parts I found disappointing were not being able to go inside any buildings and trying to look at photos the guide passed around that supposedly showed orbs and apparitions. They were very hard to see, especially as it got darker. We just had to take her word for it that these were photos of what she claimed.
