Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys tropical plants and animals - A great place to visit for anyone who enjoys tropical plants and animals. Butterflies everywhere you look, parrots and lizards roaming around the place, and a bunch of smaller enclosures with various, turtles and even a caiman! Fairly inexpensive, and a nice gift shop with a variety of unique souvenirs.

Small but unique stop along with Butchart Gardens - This was my first time in a garden like this where the butterflies are flying around you in an unrestricted environment. The conservatory does feel warm and humid reflecting the tropical climate. There are macaws, a flamingo, turtles, and insect displays so it’s not only butterflies. Highly recommend especially as a side stop to or from Butchart Gardens!

A garden for the family - Fun space for little ones of all ages! Our kids (1.5 and 5.5) loved exploring it as much as did and roamed for well over an hour in the space. Do come in t-shirts because the space is very hot and humid.

Good place to visit if you have kids or love butterflies - A neat little place to visit if you've got kids or are really into butterflies. There are a few parrots and some little finches (or maybe sparrows?) also, as well as a flamingo, turtles, lots of koi, and a big iguana. Facilities were clean. Overall it was very relaxing and good use of time.

Good place to visit. - This attraction was lovely. So many butterflies and they were just freely flying around and nearly hitting you. There was parrots, flamingos, turtles and even a tarantula spider there. Lovely staff who told you everything about the place.

Neat experience - Our family loved it. We did not stay long as it was quite warm. I don't know if it would worth the full price, we had the Malahat Skywalk Pass which gave us 20% off. Definitely a neat experience.

Crap App - It was garbage, you didn’t give times for getting in and we were on a cruise ship that was going in at later times. When our group tried to communicate and cancel within your timeframe we were met with chaos and misinformation and wound up completely missing the event. But you kept the money. Crap App.
