Amazing! - The tour was amazing! Karen, our guide was such a wonderful individual who is very knowledgeable and appreciative of nature and all it has to offer. She made us discover some new fruits and other treats. It was a delight! We will be definitely going back next time, when more fruit will be ripe. Our driver Atty, was also fantastic, both work very well together. We had a nice hike in the woods at Coco Hill Forest and had a nice lunch. We visited several farms and got to meet some farmers which was really nice. Karen and Atty are really well respected by the farmers, one of which, Irjin Farms, was just leaving at 4 pm just as we arrived and when he saw us coming, he reopened the place so we could visit and told us to take our time. We got a chance to sample some special Caribbean apples and we saw some beautiful flowers and trees. I would definitely recommend!

We loved this Barbados eco-tour! - My husband and I took the tour today and loved it. Our guide was knowledgeable, warm, fun and funny! We went to 3 locations, and spent time walking and learning at each one. Coco Hill Forest is a must see! Our driver was much more than a driver, serving essentially as a co-guide and equally as lovely. We had plenty of delicious food and beverages, picnic style. One important side benefit of this tour, is touring the interior of the island. Thank you for this great tour! Margaret

Sadly disappointed - This trip had so much potential but sadly failed to deliver. This was a lot of money for what we received in return. Our host was lovely but lacked knowledge of island history and of the sights we were seeing that day. Our taxi driver provided more information unfortunately. We were a party of 6 so there were 8 of us including the driver and host packed like sardines into the van. They definitely could have upgraded the vehicle especially since it was to be a 5 hour trip and ended up being 7 1/2 hours. The areas we were taken to were fantastic but definitely the wrong time of year to do this as there was no fruit on the trees. We weren’t provided with any samples of what we were to see as the description led us to believe - other than guava cheese, tamarind balls, plantain chips and some watermelon we had some fruit juices but had to ask for water (recommend to bring your own!). We missed the sugar cane process at the farm we visited because they didn’t process that day (Friday). Coco Hill was spectacular but unfortunately two of the trails were closed due to the amount of rainfall they had gotten. We did get to sample their ginger rum tho! Our lunch ended up being a filet of kingfish on a cutter bun with some plantain chips on the side - picnic style as our host had brought our food with us. The view was beautiful however the food was not what we were expecting considering the price of the trip. One of the highlights for me was eating our lunch in a private garden and getting to chat with the owner who was absolutely lovely and so generous. Overall, this trip has so much potential to be great if it was a bit more organized, comfortable and taken at the right time of year!
