Excellent Fun on a Sunday Afternoon at the Races! - Great guide gave us a super informative tour around the Garrison area. I had lots of fun making uninformed and fairly stupid bets on horses. The ladies in the betting booths graciously tolerated my lack of experience at the races. Fish cakes and Banks beer topped off the experience! A very fun afternoon! Oh and how could I forget - you get so close to the race track and you really feel it when they thunder by the finish line!

Very enjoyable day - We had a fantastic time. Easy to get tickets, good organisation, great seating, all in all good vibes on the venue. As we also managed to get a few winners it made our experience even better.

A bonus experience - By chance we left the Museum and Historical Society just as the horseracing began. What fun to watch and lovely to walk the perimeter of the track seeing all the action

Something different - Really worthwhile experience. Mixing with locals and tourists. Would recommend. Don’t buy the VIP tickets. Better to stand on rails and sit in main stand

Mixed feelings, enjoyed races overall - Our tour guide Karen was fantastic. Very knowledgeable told us a lot about the area and history. She also looked after us so well all day, especially when my husband was taken ill and collapsed due to the heat. However, we were disappointed that we did not have allocated seats in the grandstand. This may not have mattered on an ordinary race day, but this was the Gold Cup day, so it was a big problem, not Karen's fault, she was embarrassed and disappointed too. We eventually were taken to a seat for my husband after he recovered, but still he had to move again and I had to stand up for rest of the day. So, we enjoyed our day overall, the races were exciting and atmosphere great, but would suggest the tour company should ensure seats are allocated on Gold Cup day. No reflection on Karen who was so good.

Fun to see horses run close up - We weren't sure what to expect but ended up being an interesting experience. Got to see horses very close up running on the grass. We stood next to the gate. Easy to place bets nearby and find drinks.

Good knowledge, nice staff but traffic rushed the experience - I booked this as a gift for my parents, unfortunately the driver was one hour late due to the traffic, although this is out of their control, having visited Barbados monthly you can anticipate when there will be traffic due to cricket. This meant the tour was rushed. I personally had to chase the driver up, rather than being contacted to be told about the delay. The staff were lovely. The transport was nice, the snack wasn’t good. However the price was expensive for what it was.
