So much fun!! - We had a group of 13 family members and all had a blast! Was very organized with super friendly and helpful staff. It was a short and sweet trip out to see a sunken ship and then another spot for sea turtles. Good for all ages. We were back to enjoy the gorgeous beach and lounge chair (included) in about an hour. We opted for the grilled lunch package which was made to order at their outdoor kitchen/bbq. There was something for everyone. Delicious! Would highly recommend!

A nice day out on the boat and the beaxh - Harbor lights beach club set up beach chairs and umbrellas with our name on it and the boat ride to the ship wreck and the turtle site was smooth. We got to see colorful fish and a few turtles. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach club was nicely set up with a bar that serves food/snacks.

AMAZING - Just Amazing omg and definitely good value. Seen heaps turtles and rays. Guys, it was amazing and we got a seat on beach. Area had shower change room and facilty were very nice

You don't have to go far... - You don't have to go far to do this yourselves. Just take a bus with your own snorkel gear to Carlisle beach.

It's alright! - The beach is nice and clean. Then We had to wait an hour past the scheduled time we booked, waiting for the guide where we could have stayed on the beach and lounging on the chair. No one came to give us any updates; I had to ask for updates. No one said to us because of the delay, we should go back and enjoy the beach and gather back at a certain time. We literally waited for an hour. The snorkeling by the shipwreck was good, but the area for sea turtles sighting was a bust. Not one sea turtle in sight. maybe there is a sea turtle season? Which we should be informed???

They do not respect your time booked on line - The online booking is not respected. Once you arrive they assign you the time available. And the new time assigned was 30 mins late

Not well organized - Snorkeling itself was ok and locations decent. We saw everything that was promised. However organization was so bad that I cannot give morw than two stars. There are probably better places to look for the same experience. There are a lot of people onboard which is expected for the cheap price. Duration around 1hr 15min. We had booked 10.30 AM the previous day but upon arrival we were told that 10.30 is "full" for reasons that made no sense to us as we had booked exactly this time in advance. We were offered 1 PM as only alternative. In the end we agreed with 1 PM but with a sour taste. Also even the 1 PM was 20 min late. Not well organized and schedule cannot be trusted.

Worst journey EVER! - I would give this experience a zero if I could. It was falsely advertised on TripAdvisor, and the staff were incompetent. They overbooked the boat and forced us to wait 1.5 hours in the blazing hot sun. One specific person that I would like to point out is a woman named Caroline. She was rude and nasty to friends and family. Shame on you and your entire incompetent and rude staff! To add insult to injury, we only stayed 1 hour snorkeling. 30 minutes short of the promised 1.5 hours. In conclusion, I would not recommend joining harborlight on this tour because they were disorganized and incompentent.
