So inspiring - Claudette is a professional historian and a lovely person. I had an inspiring and educational 1:1 tour which I absolutely relished. 100% recommend! Delicious juice at the end of the trip, and then I popped to Carlisle Bay for a well earned rest after the hot walk about town. Claudette you are super! Thank you for teaching me so much.

This is #1 for Bridgetown tours - Claudette was a wonderful tour guide. Her knowledge and passion for Barbados' history was very captivating. The rhythm of the tour felt very organic. Her warm smile, laugh, and enthusiasm made the whole experience wonderful. She had lots of neat facts and promoted an interaction dialog. There was even a surprise at the end of the tour. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

claudette is Barbados - we were very lucky to be the only ones to book the tour that day. Claudette met us promptly at 930am and supplied a nice bottle of cold water. She is an amazing woman. extremely knowledgeable, passionate about her heritage and loves to speak about it. We walked around Bridgetown viewing beautiful churches, people and monuments. BUT MOST OF ALL; this was a history tour through the town. Amazing insight and being from South Carolina, i suggested that she come visit the International African American Museum in Charleston. There are so many connections between SC and Barbados. I also suggested visiting the slave museum in Charleston as well. She loved the idea as i feel Barbados should build a museum in connection to the two here in SC. We absolutely loved the tour as well as Claudette. You must walk with her.

Brilliant tour with Claudette - Claudette was EXCELLENT! We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Her knowledge of her country is inspiring and she had us rivetted for a full 3 hours (and it was a 2.5 hour tour... She is so passionate about the history of Barbados that she didn't mind having us for longer). I would recommend her to everyone, well worth your time and worth every cent!

Pleasant walk through the historic area of Bridgetown. - Had a nice time on the walking tour of Historic Bridgetown. Claudette was very knowledgeable and was able to address all of our questions. She was very friendly and easy to understand with regards to the downtown area, and history of the island as well. I definitely have a better understanding now of Barbados origins and history than i had before the tour. It was a relatively short walk around the historic area downtown. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a break from the beach.
