A fabulous evening, in spite of the thick sea fog! - I prebooked a sunset slot when the forecast was showing clear skies following a sunny day. Sadly the forecast changed dramatically and we couldn't even see half way up the tower due to mist & fog! We were offered to return on a clearer day, but we decided to go ahead and found we were the only 2 customers aboard.
The staff could not do enough for us, ensuring we still enjoyed our experience. Both Claire & Mamadou were really helpful, answering any questions and explaining how they operated the abseil etc They even played a rock playlist for me - perhaps the first time the pod has had AC/DC blasting out! We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone - whatever the weather!

Great views and fun experience really helpful staff - recommend - Amazing views, fun staff and really made the experience special. We had the whole pod singing happy birthday which really made it special 50th birthday for our friend to remember after a difficult year.

Chilled experience - The experience was so relaxing with chill out music throughout. We were given this as a couples gift and added our two boys too. The views were lovely, sparkling wine was delicious and other food and beverages available from the bar during trip. They take photos of the family before boarding and you can get a lovely keepsake book and keyring etc for £20.

Great views, great staff - Absolutely fantastic experience as the sun went down. The English sparkling wine was as good as any champagne. The experience was made even more special by the quality of the staff, especially Shannon and Sam M. Brilliant ambassadors for the i360

Fabulous memories to treasure forever - Wow what an experience. Staff were fab and because of the weather and no body else was on board (and we were early) we got the pod to ourselves. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the members of staff asked us what music we wanted - fabulous people service and amazing experience. Would definitely reccomend xx

Ideal for any age . Stunning views - Pre booked .
On arrival we went through a security check then to a lounge to wait for the pod ..
We had the most beautiful day for November for our ride.
Views were stunning & there are cards on the hand rail to inform you of points of interest.
A lady also gave some information over a microphone about the ride.
452 feet is how high we went up.
A great experience for all ages ..
bubbles were included in our price, but nibbles & drinks can be purchased at the bar in the pod

Loved it! - Bought a gift voucher for my mum for the flight and afternoon tea, which we did today and it was brilliant! Loved the i360, really fun, great views and a glass of fizz enjoyed during the flight. We then had afternoon tea, which was lovely. All the staff we so friendly and it was a great afternoon, definitely recommend.

Amazing! - What a way to spend a birthday!
Not cheap, but a fabulous experience.
The day that we went was sunny and crystal clear so that the view from the top was amazing. At 450 feet high you could see for miles.
Drinking English sparkling wine at 11.00am seemed a bit decadent, but birthdays only come once a year!

Not what I expected - Hmm. Not really overly impressed with this experience to be honest

Views are good but hard to get photos of some areas
