The top of Brighton - Being able to see surrounding Brighton and further afield. Also little maps showing key areas of interest was helpful too. Would definitely recommend.

Great visit - Really enjoyed the Brighton eye 360. Felt better than the London Eye, so much more space and amazing air conditioning. Higher up too.

Great thing to do in Brighton - Great experience, well worth doing. We were lucky that the weather was great so had a lovely clear view.

overall very good - We went on this yesturday as part of our Wedding Anniversary celebrations. It was our first time. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and happy. The check in experience was smooth and the ride was brilliant. They dont let so many people on that you cant see, so there is lots of oppourtunity to move about and take photos/see the views. Its not a negative, more of an observation, the glass is cracked in a few places, getting it repaired would be good, the unisex, shared toilets are an experience - to be honest they were not that clean and a bit off putting when using them - however this was a very small negative. We would use the i360 again. good value for money and the experience

Smooth sailing / the only way is up - Very slick entry process, good service from the staff on the attraction as well as in the shop and security, very smooth ride so no movement issues or ‘wobbles’ and there are toilets tucked away on the terrace after security which were very clean and very quiet.

Disappointed - We felt this experience was expensive for what it entailed. It was supposed to last 30 minutes, but was just over 20, so we had to rush to finish our drinks.

Great Fiz ... but ... - Carefully chose a trip on a day with good visibility and no school trips ... the booking office was very helpful. The best feature of the trip was the excellent Nytimber fiz. We didn't go anywhere near the top of the mast. A surprise was that the elegantly curved glazing causes internal reflections and lack of acuity horizontally. My objective had been to look at the array of electricity generating windmills a couple of miles out to sea, which were clearly visible but 'hull down' from ground level, but it was hardly possible to see them at all through the glass capsule. Sadly an example of style over function. Of course the generality of the views were excellent, just not if you wanted fine detail. The current 'trip' is timed at close to 30 minutes in the capsule. Entry at street level, exit at beach level, into the gift shop.

Not dog friendly - Not dog friendly. We take our four legged friends everywhere. The local restaurant pub is dog friendly but not the 360 ..

Overpriced eyesore - This is an overrated, eyesore that has ruined the Brighton landscape. All the locals hate it and want it torn down. Now that it's officially flopped, hopefully we will finally get our wish. The Brighton Wheel was better, but these idiots decided to make this ugly looking tentpole and stick it slam bang in the middle of town. The only good reviews are from people who don't live here. Mind you, it's pretty poor anyway, when you can get the same view from Sussex Heights!
