Worth the cost - Clean and modern decor. Reasonable range of fresh food. Good location with view's over the concourse. Not busy at this time of day ie early morning

Comfortable but not first class. - The good:- Clean. Good selection of drinks. The not so good:- Minimal selection of cold food. Very little gluten free food options. Buyer be aware: - Don't buy a 6 hour pass unless you are flying with an airline that has advanced luggage check in. Most airlines open 3 hours before the flight. By the time you clear security etc, 2 hours at the most for lounge access.

Why close at lunch time. - Wasn’t told when booked that it closed at lunch time. Got to the lounge for a 20 minute period only before it closed at 12.30. Very disappointing

Below par for international lounge - No seats available as it was so crowded so I had to stand at the end of the long communal table. Food was terrible so I only had water. Wasnt enough toilets so had to queue. Piles of dishes everywhere. Staff were friendly but run off their feet. I was flying business with China Airlines AKL-BNE-TPE-ICN was looking forward to getting a shower and break whilst on the stopover but this was very disappointing. I couldnt even find the showers, not sure they had them, I just got out of there.

Very disappointed with Viator - Operating hours not clear enough when booking. It should ask more details such as flight number and time so gives a warning that the lounge is closed or not operating during those hours. Paid for 3 hours use thinking my family and I could relax prior to our Cathay flight that leaves at 00:55am. Contacted Viato support to assist to clarify operating hours. Took 3 online chats and 24 hours for them to reply and by that time it was too late to cancel or change. Couldn’t get refund or even credit to use for other Viator services as by then it was within the 24 hours. Never got to experience the lounge .. lost my money! Very disappointing!!

Disappointed - It was closed so waste of time and money said was open when we booked. Called customer service who said we would get a refund but nothing has happened yet. Recommend you to not bother booking this Incase you get there and it's closed again.

just want your money - Our flight was changed two times and each time I needed to change plaza lounge booking at $20 US each time, on the second change our flight was cancelled while we were at the airport, I emailed the lounge ASAP but was told the $126 I had paid as well as the $20 fee I paid would not be honored as we did not give 6 hours notice. Being an airport lounge where flights are changed all the time you would think they would be most understanding with these issues when they happen. They just take your money and don't think about you. Would never book with Plaza lounge ever again.

Shame on the airlines that offer this to their customers. - Shame on Cathay Pacific for offering this lounge even to their Emerald members. Why not just use the Qantas lounge, which is far from perfect, but aeons better than this. The food is terrible (except for the cheese counter, I must give it to them. The space is minute, but still the staff does not manage to keep it clean. Dirty dishes are all over the place, the conditions of the toilets are of biblical note. Absolutely disgusting. And it's always like that. This is not a one-off review. Shame on their management for not having enough staff. Shame on all the airlines that offer this joke to their customers.

Worst Lounge Ever! - Worst lounge ever! We walked in and walked straight out again asking if we were in the right place? It’s tiny, nowhere to sit when we arrived, food looks inedible, if you want a drink you have to ask, and the girl serving definitely hasn’t been on the customer service course!
