Good experience in the New location Plaza Premium Lounge. - Visited the lounge on a Sunday evening. Paid as a casual visitor. Friendly greeting on arrival, plenty of seating available. I ate dinner here and enjoyed the food. Good selection of hot and cold meals on the menu, I had a tasty chicken curry and rice, and a pasta dish. Also enjoyed the chocolate Bavarian cake for desert. Cheese and biscuits to finish with wine and beer. Wifi strength good and fast. Staff attentive in removing used crockery. Yes, the location is not as good as the old PP lounge , but all things considered I was well pleased with my 2 hr visit waiting for my flight departure, thought it good value for money ( especially compared to the overpriced food offerings at Brisbane International generally - and half the food outlets were closed ) . Will return .

Disappointed - Do yourself a favour and don’t bother. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the Air NZ lounge, but this place felt like an afterthought tucked on the side of a departure gate. When visiting the toilet I felt like I was going through the cleaning and storage area. Understaffed and slow service. The Bain Maree of food was empty except for a scrapping of baked beans and a couple of small sausages. There was no butter for the toast and very slow service for the coffee. The staff were clearly under the pump to keep up. In a lounge I expect decor and ambiance, a sense of relaxation and order, there was none of this. Food was only topped up as I was leaving. Not worth paying over $60 for a coffee and a piece of toast sitting in a closet space.

Disappointing - We used the previous location last year and it was lovely and quiet with good food and service. The new one feels very temporary, with a dated fitout and not amazing food. It should be called private not premium lounge as nothing felt premium about it. Only came in as I had a free pass, would not pay for this next time. I hope it gets a revamp as it’s pretty embarrassing.

Very Disappointed - Pretty disappointing that Korean Airlines doesn't provide an appropriate lounge for an $8500 business class ticket. Hopefully they are planning something better in future.

Sad but True - Well what a shame. If you’ve ever visited this lounge in the past, it was always located around the corner and up the escalator from duty free. It was bright, airy, private and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy airport. It’s since been relocated, I believe from speaking to staff, on a permanent basis. It’s now located just after Gate 77. In fact, it’s in a sectioned off area along the main corridor heading to the other gates. They’ve clearly tried to make the best job of a bad situation. It’s no longer the little sanctuary it once was. You may as well be sat in one of the cafe’s or bars in the main section of the building and have a similar experience. There’s no floor to ceiling walls anymore. You can hear and see everyone travelling through the airport to their gates. The staff were, as always, delightful and trying their best but ultimately, they looked miserable. The food was below its usual standard. Very sad indeed. Purely my personal opinion…don’t waste your Priority Pass in this lounge. Chances are, you’ll be disappointed.

Not worth the money - When I arrived at the lounge all the trays on the Bain Maree where empty and no butter for toast and a long wait for coffee. It was obvious that the place was understaffed. They had been busy and tables where dirty and there were limited places to sit. The overall feeling was of cramped quarters and not well presented. I was disappointed and will not purchase this lounge again. It’s like an after thought. I felt I was going into a storage area for the toilets. I don’t understand why they moved from where the were with the other lounges to their new quarters.

Very disappointed with Viator - Operating hours not clear enough when booking. It should ask more details such as flight number and time so gives a warning that the lounge is closed or not operating during those hours. Paid for 3 hours use thinking my family and I could relax prior to our Cathay flight that leaves at 00:55am. Contacted Viato support to assist to clarify operating hours. Took 3 online chats and 24 hours for them to reply and by that time it was too late to cancel or change. Couldn’t get refund or even credit to use for other Viator services as by then it was within the 24 hours. Never got to experience the lounge .. lost my money! Very disappointing!!
