Great murder tour - The night was so much fun and had our amazing tour guide India who was incredible. Tour was filled with so much interesting stories around places I would never have thought. Highly recommend doing this tour.

Captivating story-telling and amazing customer service - Brilliant tour conducted by Maddy. She was engaging and captured everyone’s attention with her wonderful story-telling. Our thanks to David for accommodating our group of 11 and for his excellent communication. We loved our time in Brisbane.

Informative, fun, relaxed night out for date night - Great night spent walking through the CBD and hearing stories of Brisbanes dark past. Maddie was a fantastic story teller and had me captivated with every stop we made.

Something different after the sights and you find some hidden gems - Good story telling from our Guide. Interesting history of Brisbane woven into the stories. Walked around some of the city that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise.

More animation/enthusiasm from the Tour Guide is needed - The stories were interesting, but the tour guide was not entertaining or engaging, which was disappointing. A more animated and enthusiastic tour guide would have made this experience far better.

Boring 🥱 - Not very exciting - boring 🥱 Guide was friendly enough but not very interactive. The whole experience was quite dull and it felt more like a school excursion.

Very poor and unskilled “guide” - I’ve done many walking tours around the world so I was excited to try one in my home town of Brisbane. What a disappointment. Our “tour guide” had limited knowledge or storytelling ability but did enjoy sharing her political views with her incredibly hard to understand semi-American accent. Surely it’s not hard to find an actual local to conduct these tours? She shared some vaguely interesting stories but with limited-to-no surrounding context. She has a folder of badly printed photographs to show but that’s about it. These stories can be shared and bought to life by a good guide but this guide was just regurgitating some basic stories without any personality or intonation in her delivery. Her historical knowledge as we as her general knowledge of Brisbane was very poor and her conversation limited to anecdotes from past visitors on the tour. One of the other guests asked 3 times “What’s that building” and the guide just kept replying “The Services Club”. A quick google search revealed it to be an important historical building known as the “The United Services Club of Queensland”. Brisbane can do better than this and I hope in the lead up to the Olympics there might be some consideration of a tour guide accreditation scheme so individuals like this and the companies who hire them are weeded out. I would encourage you elsewhere for a walking tour, true crime or otherwise
