Australia Zoo - Very convenient way to visit the zoo. Bus left exactly on time. Zoo is exceptional in every way, and well worth the day trip to visit.

Australia zoo is amazing... - Australia zoo is amazing and worth every dollar to get in. The animals are so loved and looked after. The bus trip up was ok but coming home the seat on the bus was broken and the ride was so bumpy. Felt queasy but that shouldn’t stop people from using this service. The bus was on time and efficient at getting people boarded and leaving on time.

Great experience! - Great experience. It’s takes a bit to get there but we had a great day. One of the better zoos I’ve been to.

The zoo at your own pace - This is great way to see the Australia Zoo from Brisbane if you don't need a guided tour and want to enjoy the zoo at your own pace. My wife and I felt we had plenty of time to see the zoo and the ride was worry free. The bus drops you right at the gate, you immediately enter the zoo since your entry is paid by the tour operator. Bring your own water bottle and snacks, there are plenty of water fountains in the zoo. We ate at the zoo cafe which was reasonable priced and the food was better than expected. Wear good walking shoes and be prepared for the weather and sun. If you go on a weekend, go to shows early because they fill up fast.

An experience and experience not to be missed. - We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Australian Zoo. The drive there was already nice. The Zoo is located in the middle of a nature reserve. Is spacious in scope. Everything clear. Large variety of animals. Learned a lot again. Spacious quarters. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good signage. Wide range of refreshments. Good sanitary facilities, also for people with disabilities. Transportation at the Zoo, a little train. The croc show very spectacular. Must love you! Overall highly recommended.

Amazing place to fisit - Definitely worth a visit. We were picked up on a packed bus and around 70 min journey to zoo. You could easily spend all day there. It didn’t feel like a zoo, more a conservation area which we liked. Worth every penny

Zoo - Animal enclosures so inviting also loved that it was a zoo that primaily had animals of the regins close rather than trying to have worldwide animals.

Basic Ride to the Zoo - This was basically just a bus ride and zoo admission and wouldn't really classify as a "tour". We received information that due to construction in Brisbane, sometimes the bus had to park in a different location but the driver would come to the designated pickup location for us. We saw a bus on the corner for over 30 minutes but no one approached anyone waiting outside the hotel until finally one of the other guests walked down to the bus to find out it was for us! Driver spoke very little English so no communication along the way, only held up four fingers telling us to be back at the drop-off point at 4:00. The zoo was amazing! Would have liked better communication from the driver and maybe a little bit of story-telling or interaction along the way.

Transportation service cancellation last minute - The transport company cancelled last minute. Forced us to figure out the train system to get there two hours away. The zoo was great. No fault of Viator, they said they would help with getting the refund.
