Recommended - Really wonderful day trip. It’s a beautiful island and we saw lots of wildlife. Our guide was excellent at spotting them, including kangaroos, sea turtles, manta rays, and even a baby koala! Rob led an excellent tour, although he could certainly chill out about those luscious locks of his. 😅 Thank you!

North Stradbroke Island was an adventure you need to experience when you are in Brisbane - My most memorable part of this tour was the chance I got to see the wild animals in their natural habitat. Rob, our tour guild was knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

Beyond my expectations - The timing and group size of the tour were just right. We had beautiful weather and got to see a pod of dolphins playing the waves, a mother and baby kangaroo, and even a slow-moving koala. It ended up being an experience beyond my expectations. Thank you, Rob, for being such a great guide.

All the beautiful sights of Straddy - Great tour of beautiful North Stradbroke led by Rio. Timing at each location was good and not rushed with time for a swim at lovely cylinder beach and brown lake ( gorgeous colours). Would recommend this tour - thanks to Rio.

Easy Peasy and Beautiful - Really a great overall look at Stradbroke Island with a very knowledgeable and helpful tour guide, Rio! A very easy going pace and location visits were not rushed. The island is a very special place to visit quite beautiful! Even the ferry rides to and from were enjoyable as well. My one suggestion overall for Hit The Road tours in general would be to had USB phone charger sockets at each seat. Since phone use is constant, what with all the photos and such! Thanks Mark USA- Ohio

wonderful trip - Our guide, Rio, helped us find trees where koalas reside and also introduced the history of the island. The whole trip was smooth, the fellow travelers were friendly, and the scenery was fantastic. However, there are a few suggestions: 1. We arrived at Cleveland Pier around 9 AM, but the ferry didn’t depart until 10 AM. There wasn’t much to see or many restaurants around the pier, so we just waited and chatted. It might be better not to arrive so early—50 minutes felt a bit too long. 2. On the return trip, it would be great if the ferry could be timed with the sunset. We departed half an hour early and almost missed the sunset. However, it was still a wonderful trip!

Beautiful views - It was fantastic seeing the beaches atop the various points on the island. We saw some Marine life from far away, one kangaroo, and a few koalas high in the trees. A lot of time traveling in the van and ferry which is ok because you have to get to your destinations. Would not recommend if you are going on this excursion to only see wildlife. The views are amazing.

Island tour - Very nice island tour. Our guide Rob was very punctual, and took care of everyone in the group. Perfect weather conditions for the beach and we had enough time on our own to explore. Saw whales in the distance, cute koalas in the wild and lazing kangaroos. Nature at its best.
