Chocolate Factory - Mandatory stop - A highly recommended visit, it has exceeded my expectations and the guided tour is very well organized. I had the online reservation for the day, but without a time and when we arrived at 4 we couldn't get in until 5:15. We shopped in the meantime, but if you could also reserve the time, I think it would be easier, because you can arrive and they won't let you in because of the amount of people there are. They tell you the story, you see the process and you try a lot of variety of chocolate. A great experience

Visit and tasting - Previously to this factory we had visited Perugina, also a Nestlé group, but the experience at Callier is certainly better The visit is also fun for children as you pass through the history of chocolate seats going from room to room inside the factory where an audio guide also in Italian tells everything in a concise and exciting way even for the little ones Towards the final part of the route you can have several tastings, some after a machine has created and packaged some chocolates and many others at the end, ending with the shop which has excellent prices It's worth it, especially adding a visit to the nearby fortified city of Gruyere

A great chocolate learning experience - This is an interesting tour and you were offered more chocolate than you could possibly eat! History of chocolate given.

Must do experience if you love Chocolate - As soon as you come close to the Maison Cailler you will be immediately able to smell the delicious chocolate in the air. We reserved two spots for the beginners workshop and loved it! The master chocolatier was very good at explaining everything in both english and french and we had fun creating our own chocolates. I recommend this experience and might do more workshops in the future

Maison Cailler - Pralines Workshop - I had the pleasure of participating in a praline-making workshop conducted by Ms Marie-Francine Roschy. Wonderful experience. She has done a remarkable job! Managing a large group is no small feat, and it's impressive how well she’s handled it. Her profound knowledge of chocolate, combined with her engaging teaching style, made the session both informative and enjoyable. Overall, Ms. Roschy's chocolate training was a memorable experience, leaving participants not only with newfound knowledge but also a deeper appreciation for the art of chocolate making:)

Cailler Museum - Very nice visit. I've done it twice and it's always so nice to discover the history of chocolate. Without forgetting the tastings at the end of the visit.

Loved it! - Firstly what a beautiful setting. Then for a factory it looks lovely with the old stately house at the front. Really well organized tour and of course with chocolate tasting, it was just yummy. Then to finish the shop to buy yummy chocolate to take home, what more could you want!

Exquisite immersion - Although the price of entry seemed frankly expensive to us, we were nevertheless delighted with the captivating visit offered, which, for a moment, made us think of the imaginary world of Wonka's chocolate factory! Like an attraction, we are immersed in the history of chocolate. The tasting area is very nice! It will appeal to young and old!

WORST TOUR EVER - TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY - Worst Tour ever taken paying CHF 14. We were a family group of 14 people & paid a group price of CHF 14 each. The Tour was to start at 5.30pm but we had to wait in queue for 20 minutes till 5.50pm. Its a total ripoff. When we took the tour we thought the tour will be about how chocolates are made at Maison Cailler. It was nothing about that. 20 minutes audio tour through dark rooms explaining the history of how Maison cailler came to existence. At least show us how the chocolates are made, we are interested in the process along with how you came into existence. Give us a factory tour.. show us the process ..But Nothing of it ???? What a sham really !!! We would rather have spend CHF17 buying some chocolates rather than wasting our time & money on such a boring hopeless tour.
