Review of Brooklyn Bridge - I had a wonderful experience with Zim on the Brooklyn Bridge tour. I learned so much, and we captured some great photos! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about photography.

Brooklyn Bridge at Night - I have taken a number of New York Photo Safaris over the years and have been lucky enough to work with Zim each time. Most recently I took the Brooklyn Bridge at Night safari. We shot not only the Brooklyn Bridge but the Manhattan Bridge as well. You stop at a number of different vantage points along the way to get different angles and perspectives. One thing I like about these safaris is that each one uses different elements of photography---for example in this safari I learned more about bracketing and also about using "bulb" mode on my camera. These were things I was aware of before but didn't know that much about using them. So this will enable me to use them more confidently on my own in the future. Zim is a wealth of information and can help you understand photography better and improve your shots. I would recommend a New York Photo Safari to any level photographer as I think anyone can learn something new on one of these.

Not just for tourists … - We lived in the City for years and went on a night photo tour in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Zim is a great instructor and also a good anecdotal tour guide. My boyfriend, the cameraman, is experienced but learned a lot and captured beautiful photos of the NYC bridges and skyline. If you are a tourist or local interested in photography, this is a great company and experience for you.
