“As I stride through the neighborhood I’ve called home all my life, I am struck by the influx of visitors, map and camera at the ready- unsure of their environment and on the quest for the ‘ideal picture’ or an array of unique photographs as they explore the now-famous areas of Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. As a native of Brooklyn who is also a professional fine art photographer, Allow me to guide you in unveiling the eccentricities, hidden spots, allure and the dance of shadows and light in this distinct part of the five boroughs.
It is highly recommended to bring DSLR cameras for this walking tour. However, if film or your phone is your preferred equipment, feel free to bring that along. The main focus of these tours will be on Brooklyn Heights and D.U.M.B.O.
