- 2 Water St - We’ll meet at the Shack Shack at the corner of Water Street and Old Fulton Street. Then we’ll take a short walk over to Emily Roebling Plaza, beneath the Bridge on the Brooklyn Side. This offers the most spectacular views of the Bridge and is a great starting point for understanding how the Bridge was built.
- Brooklyn Bridge - Then we’ll walk over the bridge, getting a chance to examine the architecture up close. Walking over the Bridge is an amazing experience and we’ll talk about how much and how little this process has changed in the last 140 years.
- City Hall Area - We’ll finish up on the Manhattan side of the Bridge inside the lovely City Hall Park where we can see the alternative side of the Bridge and discuss beautiful downtown Manhattan that has popped up around it.
