Each participant will receive recipe cards, take-home dough, and starter. The class includes drinks and snacks.
Approximate schedule:
7:00 pm - arrive and enjoy snacks and drinks
7:15 pm - introduction from Chef Chris
7:30 pm - mix your sourdough starter
7:45 pm - mix your dough
8:00 pm - ball your dough
8:15 pm - stretching, topping, and baking
8:30 pm - pizza feast
