Tour through Bruges with Irina, our guide and the boat afterwards - A guide, Irina, Spanish, speaking impeccable French, led us through the streets of Bruges.
She is very professional, pleasant, and considerate.
A group of 11 people, visit in all of 3h50 and the boat then without our guide.
We had the possibility to make the boat until 5pm last boarding
We had lunch before the boat.
We had explanations and tour tips even for Ghent

Enjoyed! - Lovely town, our guides were great! Wish we had spent longer! We just took a day trip. The whole place is walkable!

Value for money - A very interesting tour, well worth doing. We went for a walk through the city for about half an hour and then had a bout ride for 30/40 minutes.

Sunset at the canal - Making connections while Listening the stories and history of places as we were walking around. Ended with the boat trip at sunset was a plus, with the magnificent views and skylines of the town sparkling everywhere! Use comfort shoes!!

Walk & Sail around Bruges - JK was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. I didn’t how long or how far we had walked and the information he gave us informed my plans for the next day.
Boat trip included in the deal was also worth it.

Disappointed - A small group of 10 people. Guide was late. A nice person but her English was poor and hard to understand. We did get to see the town and I guess that was the purpose of the tour. If the guide was more engaging and had better English then it would have been fine. We opted not to take boat trip and went back to a lovely restaurant for lunch.

TERRIBLE - Our tour guide NO SHOWED! We texted and called the guide and received no response. Since there is no person you from Trip Advisor to talk with you are just stuck. Entire situation terrible plus Trip Advisor has my money.

Do not use viator if cruising - Beware. We booked this tour off the Rotterdam but were unable to go because we couldn’t dock due to gale force winds. We cancelled as soon as the captain told us but Viator would not refund us because it was less than 24 hours. I talked to 2 different advocates and they were very inflexible. It is unfair to punish someone for something completely out of their control especially when it says a full refund for in climate weather on their website. I will not use them or any other land tour company from a cruise ship again as weather plays a large part in docking and tendering
