Great Time in Bruges - Our guide was very knowledgeable both about the food we were enjoying and the city itself. In addition to sharing information about the food itself he provided a ton of interesting information about Bruges and its history. Would definitely recommend.

Highlights the best of Brugge's food, beer, culture and people! - Fantastic!! Xavier was our guide and he was awesome. We learned so much about the city from him, as he was truly a local. We tasted the BEST cheeses, and fish and had champagne sitting atop the old stones in the fish market. We had chocolate and stopped in for a Belgian beer too! It was one of our favorite tours we did over our 2 week trip. Plus, after he had shown us around town we were able to go back and spend more time in the places we wanted, but would never have known about without him showing us. Highly recommend this tour!!

Fun and Informative Tour! - This was an in-depth tour of regional cuisine, with history and geography interwoven throughout. Xavier was very knowledgeable and his pride in Bruges shined brightly throughout our experience. We loved the foods and beers (of course!) and felt we received a great overview that was personal and fun. We were highly primed to continue our day after our tour with the perfect activities to further explore this fabulous town!

Nice tour - It was a nice way to explore Bruges. It is not commercial and is very relaxed. The delicacies of Bruges/Belgium tasted in a unique way. Visited small tents that specialized in cheese, fish and meats. Xavier tells beautiful background stories of the background of Bruges. Had a very nice afternoon.

Nice tour! - Nice tour and visited nice hidden shops. This way you can visit places that you would otherwise not visit. Nice conversations and interesting stories. Some critical note, the guide gave his opinion that a certain store sold the “best chocolate” (for example), but did not substantiate this.
