Daniel was Awesome! - Our guide was excellent. He took time to show us local places and tell us all about the history and local traditions. Also he pointed out great places to eat and local breweries and bars to visit. Daniel mentioned the places to buy gifts and souvenirs. Great experience, highly recommend.

Excellent way to see Bruges and Ghent - We had Stephen for our guide who was excellent. The tour stops first in Ghent with about a one hour walking tour of the Architectural highlights and a brief free time period. The tour then proceeds to Bruges with a brief walking tour of the Lake of Love park and center city highlights, then an hour for lunch . The tour suggests that you eat at the restaurant they collaborate with for convenience and times sake which we did. The restaurant was very nice and the regional specialty of Flemish stew very good. The tour then proceeds for another one hour walk through the medieval quarter and concludes with an optional ten euro canal boat ride. Total time of the tours and drive is about 10 hours. Buses have bathrooms but they ask you not to use them except for emergencies. Some buses have usb outlets for charging phones.

Not necessary - I did not enjoy this tour because of our tour guide and it wasn’t very informative. Our tour guide walked very slow and told us minimum info on the tour. Our boat ride was cancelled and he could not get a hold of the boat company. I ended up going on a boat tour my own. Waste of money..

Very dissappointing and unprofessional- dont use this company - I booked through TripAdvisor a full day city tour in Brugge for today. I took the train to Brugge and arrived on time, as requested, on the indicated location. In fact, the location was given to me in English, and every time i asked for directions, nobody seemed to know for sure! Tripadvisor indicated as point of meeting Bargesquare, instead of Bargeplein. Waited for an hour and no guide showed up. There was another couple also waiting, trying to contact the guide. Our tour was supposed to start at 11:30 am. When the other couple manage to contact Brussels City Tours they said that the guide “Daniel” have just left Brussels and was on his way. It takes more than 1 hour 30 minutes by train to get from Brussels to Brugge! It was obvious that he was not showing up today. Waste of time, and money. Very dissappointed!
