Recommended! - Arthur tells the story about Bruges very pleasantly and enthusiastically. It is in English so our children (9 and 11 years old) did not understand everything but still enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

Perfectly planned and delivered - It was a last minute decision to go to Bruges as I have never been there before. I'm glad I've done my tour with Artur - that really changed my perception of the city for the next couple of days. He was telling the stories in a very lovely manner and he really enjoys doing that. We went through 10-12 main landmarks in the city center - it was around 30 minutes walking and we made 6-8 stops of about 10 minutes each. So it was not so much exhausting and we always had time to rest. In the middle we even had a stop to sit or go to the bathroom.

I had an unfortunate... - I had an unfortunate situation on this day when I wanted to join the tour. My fault, I got there five minutes late in the rain. I was keep looking for the green umbrella on the big square however there were many like that, I hoped I could possibly catch the group on the way. I was wrong, I called the operator and they said that on that they it was a yellow umbrella. Their fault, I wasn't informed about the color changes. My fault, I only had the chance travel Bruges on that exact day with a tight schedule, so the next tour I couldn't take by 2pm. The group mysteriously just disappeared after 5 minutes I got to the square, because I was looking for wrong umbrella color. The operator picked up my call extra 5 mins later. The refund that the operator kindly suggested, I didn't receive yet :/ I was lucky because I end up joining another tour as the tour guide let me welcomingly to join. It was nice of them, so I didn't miss at final a tour of Bruges. :):
