Amazing. - Best French fries museum in the world! (But also the only one I visited). You can discover the whole story of the french fries and potatoes. Do not hesitate to dwell on the dance of Mr. Fry and Mrs. Potato which is so cool. Remember to take your picture in the photocalls for a memory of hell! Finally, a short trip to the restaurant to eat delicious fries with a good beer (the decor is ouffisime).

Great experience with tasting the perfect Belgian fries - At last I was able to visit the museum with my teenage daughter. I enjoyed my visit a lot. I learned where our patatoes came from and how they were cultivated and so much more Off course I'm very interested in the 19th century and was very happy to see what they used to make the first Belgian fries. And I could find out how the perfect fries are fried and I tasted them as well in the cellar. They tasted perfectly. You could also watch them beeing made. It was a great experience for een Belgische frietjes fan.

You learn things about french fries but not very interactive! - You learn a lot about french fries and potatoes in general! The origins of potatoes, its history over time, its arrival in Belgium, the recipe for optimal cooking... However the museum is quite old, we feel that it has a renovation to do:) despite some games it remains a lot to read and not very interactive.

Fun museum to visit - If you have an hour or so to spare this museum is worth a trip (rainy day or not) even for 2 teens (15 & 18 yrs). Spread over 3 floors lots of interesting facts and some fun activities and quizzes on the way. Bonus of some Belgium frites at the end - at a reasonable price.

Cute museum all about Fries - Nice little museum with history of fries in Belgium. T try his museum spanned 3 floors of a small building in Bruges. Was worth the 11 Euro entry fee to us. They have everything you would want to know about the potato turning into a fry starting with history of how the potato comes to Belgium then a little video of how potatoes are grown thru harvest and processing. Then you walk thru rooms of history including the machinery used, little kitchens set up like you were cooking potatoes, a little laser game where 2 people can play to rid the potato field from the harmful insects and singing fries!! Was a fun thing to do. Spent about an hour here then went down to the basement where you can buy hot fries for a snack.

Nice to have seen - Nice to have walked around for an hour. Starting is a bit boring, especially for the kids. It'll be more fun later. Fun for the kids. The quizzes in between make it interesting for children.

Fine Frietmuseum - Tired and tough topic to create a whole museum around, not geared towards anyone but kids. Thought we’d have a friet tasting but you had to purchase. Staff was great, but would pass unless you have a rainy afternoon and little kids.

Very unfriendly lady behind the counter - Very unfriendly staff. We came with a group. Were just talking eat and were very unfriendly addressed by the lady behind the counter. We were also not given any equipment to listen to the spoken texts. When we asked for it they said we only got it if we were quiet and that she thought we were very disrespectful. Excuse me??? How she claimed us was totally disrespectful! Never again and definitely not recommended
