Certainly do! - Thanks to the Virtual reality experience you sail on a ship through old Bruges, breathtaking! The walk through the historium with a film starring well-known Flemish actors is also really worthwhile. Definitely do this during your visit to Bruges!

Wonderful immersive experience - The VR experience. we also found the staff very helpful (I am disabled). It was interesting to see the story of the young apprentice and then go on a trip through medieval Bruges.

Stay in Brugge - We took the Full Historium + VR + tour pass. Very good experience at Historium. We were lucky to be alone during the visit, it was very pleasant. On the other hand, the VR was disappointing. We also visited the tower, the view is impressive for the most adventurous.

Great way to pass an hour learning about Bruges' history - Really good. The VR film is just fabulous and gives a very good picture of Bruges in the early 1500s. The story about Joseph and the girl in the red cloak and green parrot is equally entertainment. Highly recommended - not to be missed

Nice moment... - Virtual reality and Jacob's story are really nice and interesting. But I didn't like the exhibition part anymore. My 12-year-old godson didn't really like that part either.

Great story - Excellent attraction. The VR experience was only 8 minutes but so well done and very immersive. The way the story was told was brilliant.

Historium Brugge: A Fun Introduction, But Not a Deep Dive - Historium Brugge offers a unique and engaging way to learn about Bruges' Golden Age. While it's a fun experience I can recommend, it's important to go in with the right expectations. Historium uses technology and storytelling to immerse you in medieval Bruges. Through a series of themed rooms and a VR experience, you'll follow fictional characters and witness life in the city during its prosperous period. However, the historical depth is a bit light. Historium offers a broad overview rather than a deep dive into the social, political, or economic complexities of the era. Historium is a fun and informative way to spend an hour or two, particularly for families with children. However, history buffs seeking a more scholarly exploration might be left wanting.

Don't come in April - The VR was basic, but interesting. The main history story, which is a love story that you follow on headphones through various rooms, was pretty naff. When we got to the exhibit, we couldn't move for school parties, so gave up. Apparently, April is the month of school trips (according to the lady on the ticket desk), so perhaps not the best time to come here.

Scam... Bruges deserves much better - Scam, it's clear... And super expensive for what it is. No historical interest... You are told a love story that is not even thrilling but what about the history of the city? And of the interest to bring to the many historical curiosities of Bruges. Historium is a tourist catch that finds its interest only in the computer performance of virtual glasses in particular. Very, very disappointing... Hyper disappointing and very expensive.

Good for small kids but very expensive - Good with young children but expensive. It’s all fake history and recorded. If you have small kids it is good but to be honest probably worth a third of the price.
