Hands on, entertaining, educational, and chocolatety experience! - This was a really fun, interactive, and educational experience! The instructor told us fun stories, some history about chocolate, and explained step by step the processes we used to make the two different types of chocolates while good music was playing in the background. Overall, this was an enjoyable and entertaining experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting Brussels.

A Class with Good Taste! - This was a hands-on experience that won't be forgotten. Learning about tempering chocolate using the right temperatures and stirring techniques will be used in my own kitchen. Making the pralines was fun and now I understand why they are so expensive--there are a lot of steps involved! I guess our favorite part of the experience might be eating all the chocolate remaining in our pot at the end of the class!
