A pleasant journey in Amsterdam - Really enjoying the cheese factory trip. We encountered the process of local cheese manufacturing in a pleasant atmosphere. Get a sight for the windmill and a free city walk.

nice experience - Great excursion. Highly recommended for everyone who would sacrifice a day of their stay in Brussels, Belgium to learn more about the benelux states and visit Amsterdam.

A good introduction to Amsterdam - Interesting trip , the guide Bruno was very knowledgeable but sometimes let his personal bias against the Dutch get in the way. The visit to the cheese farm was very good but time was very limited , it has a lovely gift shop that takes card The trip provided an introduction to Amsterdam but you only have 4 hours there, so you are best doing a river boat cruise as soon as you arrive for an hour as this you will see a lot of the important sights and still have time for other things . The driver was brilliant Most importantly no food or drink on the coach and you not allowed to use the toilet on the coach , they stop just before the border for a 10 min toilet break and you will need to pay for this if it’s Mc Donald’s they accept card.

Disappointing - This is an organized tour (it is certainly not a guided tour) that is in its simplest expression. The map given to us to visit Amsterdam is not really useful because it is too small and practically impossible to see the names of the streets. So in short very ordinary!

So-so - Comfortable bus, good information on bus, nice tour of clog and cheese factory. The part in Amsterdam didn't seem well organized. We were provided with a small map and largely turned loose, although we were told where one set of free toilets was. The guide seemed to know Amsterdam, but with 30 people and no listening devices, there wasn't much information transmitted.

9 hours in a bus and a weird cheese stop, 2 hours actually experiencing Amstedam - Tour guide was knowledgeable but didn’t really say much you couldn’t derive from a 2 minute Wikipedia search. 9 hours in a bus and only 3 hours unguided in Amsterdam. We stopped at a cheese factory thing because the bus driver had to take a break even though we were less than 10 minutes from Amsterdam. The cheese tour was less than impressive, ran by a dude who seemed very weird who really wanted us to know he spoke Chinese. Dropped off on the outskirts of Amsterdam where you have to walk 30 minutes to reach the city center and 30 minutes back, really only leaving 2 hours to explore. When in Amsterdam the prices are absolutely ludicrous (14€ for 1 pint of beer) and cannot see much. Bus has no bathroom and no food allowed. Do yourself a favor and just get train tickets to save yourself 30+ euros, pretty underwhelming overall. Am I glad I did it, meh I guess. Would I do it again? Absolutely not.

Disappointed with the Tripadvisor tour guide - I was treated very unkindly and unprofessionally by the tour guide. Amsterdam is a beautiful city and my enjoyment was impacted negatively by the tour guide’s unprofessional behaviour towards Tripadvisor’s customers.
