Great Family Experience - Such a cool and unique experience. We learned so much about the history of chocolate making and our chocolate maker was so very knowledgeable. Our kids really enjoyed making their own chocolate bars!

Really informative and... - Really informative and lots of fun. We got to try several samples and make lots of chocolate! I love that the company makes everything by hand and produces their chocolate ethically. Staff were friendly and there was a wide selection of chocolate available to buy in the shop.

Informative and very... - Informative and very engaging activity. I can do it myself through youtube tutorials but it is not same as when you go to the finest chocolate makers and shop especially in Belgium. I can recommend this to my friends.

Good chocolates - Positive: Very good workshop I did with my grandmother. Patricia was warm and took the time to translate us into French. We're spread out with a bar, begging chocolates and truffles. Negative: VERY BAD EXPERIENCE leaving the workshop to go to the shop to pick up our free hot chocolate and enjoy 20% in the shop. We were VERY POORly received by an UNPLEASANT, INSULTING, VULGAR saleswoman. We'd never had to deal with that kind of person who ended up kicking us out of his shop. All because it was pointed out that there was a way to talk to customers. She must have thought we didn't speak French. So I recommend the workshop but not the shop if you come across a blonde I think named Miranda or Amanda. In short my grandmother was shocked!!!!!

Poor attitude - We were 10 minutes early for the check in. The door was locked and we rang the doorbell and were rudely told it was too early to check in. It's fine to tell us we're early just don't be so rude about it. Class was informative. A guy at our table was very inquisitive and asked lots of great questions. He was visibly irritating Elizabeth. It was a fun experience but I would choose another option if I were to do it again.
