Sarah was not a very interesting guide - My husband and I systematically do a walking when we arrive in a new city. The comments below are honest and we hope constructive. Sarah was a nice guide from Spain, but her tour was quite boring. She wasted a lot of time telling anecdotes about meaningless things.. like 10mns in front of the Manneken Pis (showing his clothes on photos) while we could have discussed the amazing architecture behind us!! 🥱 She talked too much about herself and kept calling us MY FRIENDS and GUYS which was painful for many of us. Her English was also very basic. As a result, a few people left the group, including a tour guide from another country! That's definitely telling! The woman told me she was not impressed... I actually had to convince my husband to stay until the end, which was very hard 🙄 We were expecting more historical and architectural facts and less random information, including what Sarah likes etc. And she was "borderline" reminding us about tipping between 10 to 30 euros per person at the beginning and the end of the tour. The next day we did a fabulous walking tour with a very nice tour guide named NICK in Bruges. He was born and raised there the so he was very knowledgeable, and his anectodes were relevant and meaningful ⭐ He only mentioned giving a tip once and made a funny comment about it. We hope that you will screen your guides better in the future by doing a "test tour" with them before 🙏🏻 Best regards, Anne Mc Laughlin
