Interesting Experience in Brussels. - This is an excellent idea to learn about the history of chocolate. Very explanatory and easy to go around using the audio guide. At the end a taste of chocolate, and a class on how to make a truffle. I think it’s a must in Brussels.

The perfect Brussels activity for families with kids of any age! - This museum was a lovely surprise for our family- everyone loved it! We had kids ages from 2 to teenager, and even us adults had fun. It was a great way to learn about this history of chocolate and sample different types. We would definitely come back again on a future trip to Brussels!

Excellent program, but too many people - Very good presentation, with a cooking demo and tasting to end it. The only problem is that the staff allows too many people in the cramped exhibit rooms at any one time. It was difficult to access the code bars’readers.

A taste of Belgium - Interesting, however it was an audio guide,as opposed to a guided tour, so,about halfway through,it became somewhat boring. Plenty choc/merchandise at the end of the tour, pleasant multi lingual staff. Thanks!

Not much to see - It’s just about the history of how chocolates reached Belgium and how they advertised it into products. Nothing great enough to see here.

Shabby experiment - For a group tour with guide (Teambuilding), the welcome was simply lamentable. The guide was competent and knew his subject well, but this was not enough to compensate for the deplorable attitude of two women at the reception. Their haughty and rude behaviour is unacceptable and clearly indicates that they hate their work. A certain Anais (small, round, black hair, glasses) was particularly obnoxious and haughty, making disparaging remarks to customers as if they were illiterate. This is an absolute disgrace to an institution like this. Such attitudes are unacceptable to employees who are supposed to represent the company, and it is hard to believe that they are underpaid to justify such disrespect. My colleagues and I (employees of a public institution) were deeply shocked by this lack of professionalism and total lack of education. The reception position does not seem suitable for them, as they do not meet the minimum required characteristics and skills. There is an urgent need to review recruitment and training criteria to ensure that such individuals do not damage the museum's reputation.

Bad memory. - Very poor organization. 2 people from the group had been there for information visit of 7 people. We told them that it was ok not to book but to announce our arrival, which we did. We were prevented from entering for 45 minutes. Priority to reservations and they don't read messages. Rude and aggressive staff. We are apparently not the only ones who have experienced disappointments. Interesting museum. Disabled person to go out you have to go down 3 floors in a row,!!
