Excellent - the best thing in Brussels - Our tour guide was knowledgeable and animated, he made it fun, he did not rush, it was good for adults and teens together … also in a city covered with graphite and hate speech he brought a message of unity, love and humanity Strongly recommend!!!

Group free tour disappointment - I really resented having to write this review, as I have been doing free tours for many years and the concept and essence have been totally lost. We're a family of 7, not a group of friends, family. When booking for 7 a tour fee of 10 euros is imposed to pay in advance, in cash and without receipt. When the Guide told us and we told him that we did not understand because really if so anyone can make 2 separate bookings, he got defensive. His manners were not correct saying several unpleasant phrases and that if anything we considered his work not worth 10 euros per person. Point number one, free tours are based on not having a fee but paying what you think the Guide deserves. Point two, 70 euros for a family on a tour is not minute sin as everything comes out of the same pocket. Point 3, I don't think they're ways to answer anyone from the Guide. Point 4, if so “legal” you want to be and charge in advance a free tour, which as I said there is nowhere to take it, give a receipt or charge by card, right? He strongly doubts that “legality.” This guide also did not have a microphone or anything similar to hear it, which others did. Half the tour we haven't even heard, Brussels is noisy. All free tour companies have imposed this policy, absolute disappointment. Also their reason for doing this is that they consider groups of people misbehaving and not paying... without comment... Some companies even levy 5 euros on children under 2... If they follow you will reserve for more than 6 to make several reservations, made the law cheat. A great disappointment
