Beautiful destination, not enough time - Both Zaanse Schans and Keukenhof were magnificent, but we had much less time in both places than advertised. We lost time picking up people from Antwerp, and we lost another half hour with "coffee/toilet break". The tour guide was nice, but he read his information and sometimes it was not accurate (he advised people to go see royal gardens when they were long sold out, and he did not know where the king lives).

Nice to see Keukenhof, but tour company plan was too tight, and there wasn't enoy time at the main attraction - Tour guides were very nice. Bus driver did an excellent job dealing with traffic. They did their best with the poor plan from the tour company. Overall the tour timing was too tight with no allowance/ flexibility for traffic. Especially at Keukenhof, where it took almost 30 minutes in traffic to park. This should have been expected and planned for. This resulted in only 2 hours at Keukenhof, which was not sufficient. The plan was for 3 hours and there was no warning that the time at Keukenhof could be reduced. With the reduced timing at the stops, there was not time to enjoy or to really eat. Plus driving 3+ hours back to Brussels without a bathroom stop is really too long. Also the morning communication was poor. We were told to arrive early, by 745am. However neither tour guide or bus were there until nearly 8am.

The bus company from... - The bus company from Belgium was 90 minutes late at the start. This meant we had an extremely reduced visit to the gardens which was so disappointing. Viator’s response was a 5% discount which is almost more insulting. Please don’t book this tour.
