Dinant & Luxembourg - The driver Francesco and guide Bruno were excellent. Our English group was consolidated with a Spanish group which was interesting. Long day but it was worth it.

A beautiful day - A Beautiful day. Wonderful weather. Fantastic job from the tour guides and driver. Dinant is beautiful and scenic. Luxembourg is a wonderful country with lots to offer. Great food, shopping & historic places. Highly recommend

Good day overall - This is exactly as described and nice. We got time to spend in Dinant however told to get a snack and nothing was really open to do so that we could find. Our time in Luxembourg was great as our guide told us a lot of history in the bus and on the ground tour. The bus however was packed and if you are anxious about crammed seating this might not be for you as it’s ALL day in a small seat. We made it though and the guides were very concerned about me and my claustrophobic nature being in the last seat of the bus. I would do this tour again but maybe a smaller group less than 60 people.

Luxembourg Beautiful - Great day tour to Luxembourg. Our tour guide Paolo was fabulous. He was passionate about the history and it showed. Really enjoyed the information and his knowledge. Luxembourg is a beautiful city. Well worth a visit and get an extra country in.

Luxembourg - Although we enjoyed the tour and got to visit Luxembourg, we felt that we overpaid to just be driven to and from locations. This would've been fine if it was specified prior to booking. Maybe 20-30 minutes was actually a 'guided' tour. The first hour on the bus was also VERY annoying. Half the bus was Spanish speaking, the other half was English. They had one 'guide' go over some history & info in Spanish and then the other repeated in English... Very annoying especially at 8am while on a hot bus. Dinant is also beautiful but you definitely need more time there. It would also have been nice for the 'guides' to provide more info on what to do with such little time there... Overall a bit disappointing

Not English speaking tour - Nowhere did it say this was a Spanish tour. I felt cheated that someone was talking almost constantly, But it usually wasn't my English speaking guide, has advertised. Also, My guide was French speaking almost always, But gave us a few facts in English when he had speak English.

Lousy trip, lousy leader - Very disappointed, losy weather, lousy tour leader
Our leader was Antonio Cifuentes
He knew next to nothing about either Dinant or Luxenbourg. In both players he took a short walk with us, made some general comments and then told us to spend time on our own but be back in time. He had no microphone als always was t the head of the group, so unless you were right behind him you could not understand him. The group was haf spanis half english. The spanish leader gave long and detailedexplanations in Spanish which Cifuentes then repeated inaccurately in a few words in english. Mostly he made bad jokes or told us too spend lots of money ‘ you are on vacation after all’.He showed an appalling ignorance about Luxenbourg, its history, its buildings or its treasurers

AVOID this unless you want to get robbed of your money. - Those who work for this tour seem to hate their job. This shows in their lack of service, rude attitude and unwillingness to help. There is complete lack of communication when it comes to assisting you. I was scammed of 137 Euros, so I am warning you about them.
I went to the meeting point at 7.58am for 8 am tour. While I admit I could have gone earlier, I was in no way late.
This is a busy and crowded area and I couldn't find the guide. I called the given phone number and the person on the phone didnt give me any answer what the guide looked like or help me connect. Instead I was placed on hold and the call was cut. Now it is past 8 and I try calling them again and an arrogant person answers. He says he cannot help me and the guide left. He says most people can find the place without any problems and he will not reimburse me.
But this means that everyday, at least some people do have problems finding their tour. This someone could be you. You can be scammed by them just like I was and you wont get your money back. The tour operators are greedy for your money and dont want to provide any service.
My advice. Please dont take the risk. Dont book the tour. There are less risky options to visit Luxembourg. Even the train is less risky. But the greed and insolence of this tour can destroy your vacation and rob you of your money.
