Good times! - Our guide Pablo and driver Angelica were fantastic! Pablo was very nice, helpful and professional. We had a great time and highly recommended. Great job and thanks again guys.

Very Thorough, Interesting, and Long Day - This was a very thorough and interesting day trip, but quite long. We left at 8:30 and didn't return until 8:15 in the evening. Guide was very knowledgable, but not very friendly. He worked quite hard in translating everything in both English and Spanish, which helped me to improve my Spanish. I've very glad I went on the tour, because I learned a lot and Dinant was especially charming. It was cold, but sunny.

A lovely day trip from Brussels to Dinant! - A lovely day trip from Brussels to Luxembourg and Dinant! Our first stop was Dinant and it was so beautiful! Luxembourg was our final stop and it was lovely as well. I would have enjoyed more time in Dinant on this tour though.

Good Tour visiting beautiful cities but half a day travel too long - The cities we visited - Luxembourg and Dinant were gorgeous. Sufficient times presented in Luxembourg but not the case with Dinant especially when 45 mins goes in walking tour, and only 45 left for exploring the very pretty city. Good narrative presented during the bus travel and a good balance of rest provided as well during the journey especially with an early start. It is a very long tour though with more than half a day taken for visiting 2 cities. Journey felt painfully long, and most frustrating factor is how the guide refused to provide keys to the bus toilet quoting all nonsensical reasons and refused to stop at for a bathroom break! I was travelling with 2 elderly parents and despite them explaining their situation he was steadfast on not stopping despite a supposed broken toilet in the bus! Atrocious and unacceptable. Eventually had to convince him to do so which is not fair. Also, this is a huge tour with a lot of people. Earphones with audio sets should be provided when walking around because it is impossible for everyone to keep up with one guide and hardly able to listen.

Luxumbourg & Dinant Tour - Beautiful scenery, architecture and history of both locations. However, there was only one guide who had to explain everything twice, once in English and another in Spanish. this made the tour far lengthier than what it should have been, cutting into our free time. The tour guide did an excellent job in trying circumstances. Once again the process of finding our tour guide at the start of the tour was a bit chaotic. The guides are supposed to wear some kind of uniform to help identify them. This is the second day that this has happened with the same tour company.

Not great - Packed bus, tour guide was not very informative. We left the tour early bc it was cutting in to free time in Luxembourg- would have only had 1.75 hours to explore solo. Children on bus were difficult and loud. Drive home was 3 hours no stops. If you use it as a strict transfer to Luxembourg you won’t be as disappointed. But he end of the tour we couldn’t get off the bus fast enough.

Disorganized/Driver needs to treat tourist fairly - I’d like to start my review with the positive side. English speaking tour guide: Bruno was amazing! Helpful & polite. Spanish speaking tour guide: Awful!!! Disorganize… Bus driver: Paolo, the culprit of our bad day… “Buendia” simply means “Good day”!!! I wish it started our day that way. We got to the central station 15 mins before the tour starts, checked in with our tour guide (Bruno). We waited ‘til we were told to go the bus assigned to us. We found out, there’s a Spanish speaking group in the same bus. All is good upon knowing that. Bruno pointed us to where the bus is parked so we went ahead (5 of us) walked with the group. We understand it’s first come first serve when it comes to seat choices( it’s not our first rodeo joining a tour group) . As we get closer to the bus, we formed a line, my friend asked is this the bus to to Dinant & going to Luxemburg? The driver (Paolo) said; STOP 🛑. I was behind her, the driver also said to me.. WAIT…Spanish speaking group were coming with LUCIA(the tour guide) I kid you not, the driver/Poolo.. directed the Spanish speaking group to go ahead get in the bus… Seriously! We didn’t get a memo that there’s such a thing… Spanish speaking group first.As far as we know, we paid the same… arrived ahead on time, waited in line to get in the bus… and to just HEAR from the driver to STOP 🛑 and WAIT? Is this how Buendia tours operates? We’ve travelled all over the world book with several/variety of tours.. this is the first time we were awfully treated. That LUCIA, should have directed her group… girl, seats are first come first serve bases. Lucia & Paolo, we’re awful. Our point is, would you have treated us differently if we look Caucasian? It’s unfortunate because we understand Spanish too… and you treated us that way. We we’re Asian American, we follow rules. We were 8 minutes late leaving from Dinant because the other group wasn’t on time… there you go Lucia. I will NEVER recommend BUENDIA tours… It’s really a disappointing start of the day for us… but considering how far we traveled to get to the Netherlands… 🇳🇱 we had to shake off this unfair treatment we got.
