Brussels on bike - A bike is a great way to see a new city. The guide, Zoe, was wonderful and knowledgeable. I am over 60 years old and had no issues with riding the bike through the city for three hours.

Rain? No Problem! You only live once!! - The tour was great! Great for all fitness levels. A few small hills, but the bikes had gears to help navigate easier. We saw so many landmarks in the 3-hour tour. Despite our tour being on a rainy day, we still had a blast! Oh, and we LOVED our guide Nina. She was filled with historical knowledge and simply a pleasure to be around.

Extensive Brussels experience - The leader (nene? Lene?) was so sweet, knowledgeable and funny. We learned so much about Brussels and Belgium, that we never knew before. She would be good PR. We saw more of Brussels than we ever would have on foot. We recommend this tough highly!

Bike tour to explore various parts of city - Good bike tour covering various parts of Brussels city. Would prefer if the tour leader gave more time at each location and reduce the pace a bit.

Informative, fun, and a great introduction to Brussels - We had a lovely, bubbly guide, and the tour was informative and fun. It was a great introduction to Brussels! Just be aware that you do require some degree of fitness to negotiate the hills in the city.

Three star tour route, but five star tour guide - We were indeed a small group, and so our tour guide did not have a tough time keeping us in check. He is knowledgeable about the city, has a good sense of humor, very personable, and speaks English well. He did his best but I think he was limited by the city itself, which did not have a lot of interesting stops compared to other European capitals. The city's most iconic spot is a statue of a pissing boy. The view of the city did not really compensate for the tough uphill bike ride (so if the tour guide asks you to either bike uphill or take the elevator, just choose the latter). I understand why Atomium was not included because it was very far from the rest of the attractions, but I think including it and optimizing the route will make the tour better and more complete. I'm giving four stars, our five-star tour guide really did a good job on a three-star tour route.

Don’t book with this company!!! - We booked the tour on 7-Apr 2024 via GetYourGuide. When we arrived at the location mentioned in the app we couldn’t find it. We tried calling the number mentioned multiple times but nobody would respond from the other side. We raised a request for refund and there was no support from the Groovy bikes company. I would recommend to take some other genuine tour operators who are not only interested in taking money from tourists but also ready to provide honest services. I’m attaching screenshot of multiple calls made without response from other side.
