Kristalim, María and Daniel are the BEST !!! - We visited Blue Lagoon Island on Friday and we had an excellent day, absolutely everything was very well organized, the transportation was safe and enjoyable, the crew was very attentive and professional, they offered the use of life jackets during the boat ride. The island is beautiful and clean, the lunch exquisite, in short a spectacular day. From start to finish the staff made sure we enjoyed the day to the fullest. Back at the port we loved the interaction of the guest service team with the guests: María, Kristalin and Daniel thank you for making us laugh until the last moment. 100 out of 10 This is how we rate this excursion. BOOK BLUE LAGOON ISLAND!!!!!

Justin the Dolphin trainer at Blue Lagoon Island was AMAZING!!! - Our time with our Dolphin Encounter and Justin the Animal trainer were both AMAZING! Part of our group knew we wanted to go on an Dolphin excursion and part of us did was NOT looking to do anything BUT after this experience with Justin it was absolutely one of the highlights of our cruise. Justin was attentive to each of us and very knowledgeable. You could tell he loved his job. He answered all of our questions and more! We would hope that anyone looking to do this adventure would be able to have Justin!!!

Beautiful Lagoon - The second port on my cruise on the Carnival Venezia was Nassau, which I had booked the Dolphin Encounter excursion at Blue Lagoon Island. It had been 31 years since I was last at either Blue Lagoon or Nassau and was impressed with the changes. I enjoyed the Dolphin Encounter, as well as the lunch that was included in my package. Swimming the Lagoon was fun too.

Blue Lagoon, was nice even though didn't see Brooke Shields. Brooke Shields - We went to Blue Lagoon on a short excursion from a cruise ship. If you have the option, when you get on the tender, try to get on one of the smaller boats as they go faster and get you to the island sooner. Lagoon is very nice and plenty of chairs to sit and relax in. They have a nice trail that you can walk around and see some dolphins and sea lions in the water. Snorkeling was nice and the water was easy to navigate. Saw a variety of fish and even a barracuda. They do have a few items to pay for such as a inflatable park but if you don't want to participate in those, you don't have to.

Great time for a first time visit but I will definitely plane differently my next visit - 2.5 cause I wasn't allowed to take both my pictures with the dolphins over all I'd give it a 4.0 experience overall but not being able to take pictures with the sealions and or both pictures with the dolphins kinda rub me the wrong way

False advertising - Just there yesterday. It was very disappointing. Our tickets covered ferry transport from Paradise, lunch and access to the Blue Lagoon Island beaches, touted to be some of the best. Well, the ferry worked, the lunch, basic but the beaches on the north side of the island were closed, and seemingly had been for a long time. This was our only reason for the trip, and I feel that we were victims of false advertising on the part of you and the operators of the exhibit.

No communication and poorly coordinated - Booked the trip a few days in advance only to arrive at the dock where we were supposed to leave for the people at Blue Lagoon to let us know that there is no boats going out for the next few days. No one from Viator let us know that so we can get our refund and now we have to wait 3-7 days to get our money back.

Don't Buy Pictures or Videos!!!! You will never get them - Do not buy the picture or videos. It is a rip off. I emailed and no response. Carnival cruise line should be ashamed of adding thos place as one of the safe guaranteed excurisons when this takes your money, but does not give you your product.
