Memorable and Unique in the World - Our six days with One Excellence Tours was a memorable experience. The architectural diversity of Romania is breathtaking with spectacular baroque and gothic examples, but the intricacies of the ancient and hand-painted murals of the churches and monasteries we saw in the Bucovina region are unique in the world. We were a party of three older Americans, well-traveled in dozens of countries in every hemisphere. Our driver and guide, Ovi, could not have been more accommodating with a cheerful and caring demeanor, a solid historical knowledge, and the local knowledge that is required to use our time well. Romania remains unknown to so many Americans and offers, besides its architectural and natural scenery, fascinating crafts, a delightful cuisine, warm and friendly people, all while being an affordable destination. Our only regret was that we wished we had more days to explore some of the medieval cities we only briefly visited . Hopefully we plan to return and spend at least another week outside of Bucharest.

Amazing 6 Day Tour of Romania - My wife and I embarked in a 6-day trip around Romania with Paul as our tour guide. We were not disappointed. He speaks both Romanian and English fluently. Thorough knowledge of Romanian history. Let Paul tell you the true Dracula story along with many other Romania historical facts. Even though our flight was delayed 7 hours, Paul was there to meet us at the airport and immediately started playing catch-up with our itinerary; very accommodating to our requests. He made us feel like we are home from the moment he picked us up at the airport. We highly recommend Paul.
